Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan jasa pendidikan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik SMK Pertiwi Jakarta. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah SMK Pertiwi Jakarta yang berlokasi di Kota Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini peserta didik kelas XI sejumlah 71 peserta didik dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian terdapat indikator dari kualitas pelayanan yang berada di bawah nilai tengah yaitu empati dan bukti fisik hasil tersebut membuat empati dan bukti fisik masuk ke dalam kriteria buruk. Adapun untuk keandalan, daya tanggap dan jaminan masuk ke dalam kriteria baik. Sedangkan untuk variabel kepuasan peserta didik terdapat indikator di bawah nilai tengah yaitu minat melanjutkan sekolah hasil tersebut membuat indikator tersebut masuk ke dalam kriteria buruk, Adapun untuk indikator kesesuaian harapan dan minat merekomendasikan sekolah masuk ke dalam kriteria baik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan peserta didik dengan nilai R square sebesar 25,1% dan sisanya seibeisar 74,9% dipeingaruhi oileih variabeil lain yaitu kualitas produk, harga, emosi dan kemudahan akses. Diharapkan penelitian ini menjadi pertimbangan dan evaluasi agar meningkatkan indikator yang kurang baik dan faktor lainnya sehingga dapat menunjang kepuasan peserta didik. This study aimed to determine the effect of the quality of educational services on student satisfaction at SMK Pertiwi Jakarta. The object of this study was Pertiwi Jakarta Vocational School located in the city of Jakarta. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. Sources of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The population in this study was 71 students in class XI using a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Data analysis techniques in this study used the classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study showed that there are indicators of service quality that are below the median value, namely empathy and physical evidence. These results made empathy and physical evidence fall into the bad criteria. As for reliability, responsiveness and assurance, it was included in the good criteria. Whereas for the student satisfaction variable there was an indicator below the median value, namely the interest in continuing school, the result made the indicator fall into the bad criteria. As for the indicators of conformity of expectations and interest in recommending schools, it is included in the good criteria. This study concluded that service quality had a positive effect on student satisfaction with an R squared value of 25.1% and the remaining 74.9% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study. This research will be considered and evaluated in order to improve poor indicators and other factors so that it can support student satisfaction.
