Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leader-member exchange dan efikasi diri terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada pekerja industri kreatif di Kota Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sementara, Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan probability sampling dengan teknik accidental responden yang digunakan sebanyak 440 orang pekerja industri kreatif di Kota Bandung dari tujuh belas subsektor yang ada. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga skala yaitu adaptasi leader-member exchange scale, General Self-Efficacy scale, dan adaptasi Innovative Work Behavior scale. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada leader-member exchange terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada efikasi diri terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada leader-member exchange dan efikasi diri terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Implikasinya semakin tinggi leader-member exchange dan efikasi diri seorang pekerja industri kreatif di Kota Bandung, maka akan semakin tinggi pula perilaku kerja inovatifnya. Kata Kunci: leader-member exchange, efikasi diri, perilaku kerja inovatif, pekerja industri kreatif This research aims to determine the influence of leader-member exchange and self-efficacy on innovative work behavior among creative industry workers in the city of Bandung. The research employs a quantitative approach and utilizes probability sampling with an accidental respondent technique, involving 440 workers from seventeen sub-sectors within the creative industry in Bandung. The instruments used in this research include three scales: an adaptation of the leader-member exchange scale, the General Self-Efficacy scale, and an adaptation of the Innovative Work Behavior scale. The data analysis technique applied in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate: (1) a significant positive influence of leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior. (2) a significant positive influence of self-efficacy on innovative work behavior. (3) a significant positive influence of both leader-member exchange and self-efficacy on innovative work behavior. The implication is that the higher the leader-member exchange and self-efficacy of a creative industry worker in the city of Bandung, the higher their level of innovative work behavior will be.
