    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang optimalnya kinerja karyawan di Divisi Pelayanan SDM Kantor Pusat Pos Indonesia Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Divisi Pelayanan SDM Kantor Pusat Pos Indonesia Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif dan verifikatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket model skala Interval. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Jumlah anggota populasi 44 orang. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi pemberdayaan SDM dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai berada dalam kategori kuat. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan adalah signifikan.

    The Issues examined in this study were related to the less unoptimal performance of the employees in Divisi Pelayanan SDM Kantor Pusat Pos Indonesia.. This study aims to the determination on how much influence of human resource empowerment and job satisfaction on the performance of the employees. The research method used was explanatory survey with descriptive data analysis techniques and verifikatif. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires. The instruments used are the interval scale model scale. The analysis of data uses double regression analysis. Number of population member is 44 person. The results of data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between human resource empowerment and job satisfaction of employee job performance in the high category. In conclusion, the results of this research shows that the influence of the human resource empowerment and job satisfaction on the employees’s performance in a partial or silmutan is significant.
