Abstract

Pasar Kue Subuh Senen merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata kuliner tradisional di Jakarta yang memiliki potensi besar sebagai daya tarik wisata. Namun citra pasar tradisional yang kurang baik mempengaruhi kunjungann wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kuliner di Pasar Kue Subuh Senen, memahami peran Salapan Cinyusu dalam pengembangan daya tarik wisata kuliner dan merumuskan model pengembangan daya tarik wisata di Pasar Kue Subuh Senen. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yakni metode penelitian dengan menghimpun hasil wawancara dengan narasumber, observasi pada objek, studi dokumentasi dan literatur, penelitian ini Berdasarkan pada teori daya tarik wisata, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat identifikasi wisata kuliner yang tercapai di Pasar Kue Subuh Senen, Peran Stake holder terkait pengembangan daya tarik wisata kuliner Pasar Kue Subuh Senen di Pasar Kue Subuh Senen, serta model pengembangan daya tarik wisata Pasar Kue Subuh Senen yang menunjukkan hasil untuk dikembangkan menjadi wisata kuliner. Pasar Kue Subuh Senen is one of the traditional culinary destinations in Jakarta with great potential as a tourist attraction. However, the less favorable image of traditional markets affects tourist visits. This research aims to identify the culinary potential in The Pasar Kue subuh Senen, understand the role of Salapan Cinyusu in developing culinary tourism attractions, and formulate a model for the development of tourism attractions in the Pasar Kue Subuh Senen. The method employed in this research is qualitative, involving data collection through interviews with informants, observation of the subject, documentation and literature study. Based on the theory of tourist attractions, the results of this research include the identification of culinary tourism in Pasar Kue Subuh Senen. The role of stakeholders in the development of culinary tourism attractions in Pasar Kue Subuh Senen was also examined, and a model for the development of tourism attractions in Pasar Kue Subuh Senen was formulated. The results suggest potential for further development into a culinary tourism destination..
