Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan dividen, kebijakan hutang, dan pertumbuhan laba terhadap nilai perusahaan. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling pada seluruh perusahaan sekuritas yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020 – 2022 dengan total populasi sebanyak perusahaan sedangkan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 32 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi dokumentasi serta menggunakan data sekunder yang didapat dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan; (2) Kebijakan hutang tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan; (3) Pertumbuhan laba tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of dividend policy, debt policy and profit growth on company value. The sampling technique used purposive sampling on all securities companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020 - 2022 period with a total population of 94 companies while the number of samples used was 32 companies. The data collection technique in this research uses documentation studies and uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 20 software. The research results show that (1) dividend policy has a negative effect on company value; (2) Debt policy has no positive effect on company value; (3) Profit growth has no negative effect on company value.
