Abstract
Situ Cipanten terletak di Desa Gunung Kuning Kecamatan Gunung Kuning, Kabupaten Majalengka, merupakan salah satu daerah tujuan wisata alam yang menawarkan suasana berbeda dari situ pada umumnya. Hal ini menarik wisatawan lokal maupun luar daerah untuk berkunjung. Kualitas suatu kunjungan ke destinasi akan bergantung kepada peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas suatu destinasi wisata. Perubahan dari berbagai aturan yang terjadi selama covid-19 menjadi pertimbangan kunjungan sehingga memunculkan suatu perilaku wisatawan, sebagai dasar bagaimana pengelola wisata dapat merumuskan strategi pengembangan wisata yang memberikan pengalaman tak terlupakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga Juli 2022 dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan mix method, dimana setelah kuesioner dibagikan secara daring dan luring sebanyak 150 responden yang pernah berkunjung pada masa pandemi secara deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS Versi 20. Peneliti menemukan bahwa memorable tourism experience merupakan suatu bentuk penilaian yang dibentuk oleh aspek edukasi, ekonomi, konservasi, dan partisipasi masyarakat di Situ Cipanten dalam membangun pengalaman yang akan dirasakan oleh wisatawan. Selain itu, wisatawan yang berkunjung memberikan rekomendasi kepada wisatawan yang lain maka tercipta keputusan untuk berwisata dengan berkunjung kembali untuk merasakan perasaan secara emosional baik itu kesan positif maupun negatif setelah berkunjung dalam membangun behavioral intention. Situ Cipanten is located in Gunung Kuning Village, Gunung Kuning District, Majalengka Regency, is one of the natural tourist destinations that offers a different atmosphere from the lake in general. This attracts local and foreign tourists to visit. The quality of a visit to a destination will depend on improving the quality and quantity of a tourist destination. Changes in the various rules that occurred during COVID-19 were taken into consideration for visits so that it gave rise to tourist behavior, as the basis for how tourism managers can formulate tourism development strategies that provide unforgettable experiences. This research was conducted from March to July 2022 with the research method used using a mix method, where after the questionnaires were distributed online and offline as many as 150 respondents who had visited during the pandemic descriptively and verified. The data was processed using SPSS Version 20. Researchers found that memorable tourism experience is a form of assessment formed by aspects of education, economy, conservation, and community participation in Situ Cipanten in building experiences that will be felt by tourists. In addition, tourists who visit provide recommendations to other tourists, so a decision is made to travel by visiting again to feel emotional feelings, both positive and negative impressions after visiting in building behavioral intention.
