Abstract
Pembangunan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk diterapkan karena pelaksanaan pembangunan yang semakin tidak terkontrol dalam sebuah negara. Permakultur adalah desain ekologis yang merancang ketahanan pangan secara berkelanjutan dapat menjadi solusi pengembangan pariwisata yang efisien tanpa merusak lingkungan. Penting juga untuk mengetahui kesiapan mitigasi bencana di Rumah Kayu Permakultur agar dalam pengembangan wisata gastronomi nya menjadi berkelanjutan. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan metode atau pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, studi literatur, studi dokumentasi, dan analisis. Daya tarik Rumah Kayu Permaculture memiliki potensi besar untuk pembangunan wisata gastronomi yang berkelanjutan. Stakeholder Nona Helix di RKP berkontribusi penting terhadap pengembangan dan kesuksesan destinasi wisata gastronomi permakultur. Pola Perjalanan dan paket wisata peneliti rancang dan uji coba berdasarkan analisis komponen gastronomi dan pendapat dari stakeholder. RKP telah menciptakan destinasi lebih aman, tangguh, dan berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi potensi risiko bencana. Stakeholder perlu melakukan optimalisasi capacity building, pengelola RKP perlu melakukan inovasi produk untuk menu yang lebih variatif dan untuk pemanfaatan bahan baku organik dan lokal.Pengelola RKP perlu diberikan edukasi mengenai komponen gastronomi. Selain itu, Pengelola RKP perlu mengadakan safety briefing atau kegiatan edukasi mengenai pentingnya mitigasi bencana dan sosialisasi rencana evakuasi kepada wisatawan. Kata Kunci : wisata gastronomi; daya tarik; permakultur; keberlanjutan; mitigasi bencana Sustainable tourism development is very important to implement due to the implementation of increasingly uncontrolled development in a country. Permaculture is an ecological design that designs food security in a sustainable manner can be an efficient tourism development solution without damaging the environment. It is also important to know the disaster mitigation readiness of Rumah Kayu Permaculture so that its gastronomy tourism development becomes sustainable. Descriptive qualitative research used is research with a case study method or approach. Data collection is done by conducting interviews, observations, literature studies, documentation studies, and analysis. The Permaculture Wooden House attraction has great potential for the development of sustainable gastronomy tourism. Nona Helix stakeholders in RKP contribute importantly to the development and success of permaculture gastronomy tourism destinations. Travel patterns and tour packages were designed and tested by researchers based on gastronomy component analysis and stakeholder opinions. RKP has created safer, more resilient and sustainable destinations in the face of potential disaster risks. Stakeholders need to optimize capacity building, RKP managers need to innovate products for a more varied menu and for the use of organic and local raw materials. RKP managers need to be given education about gastronomic components. In addition, RKP managers need to hold safety briefings or educational activities regarding the importance of disaster mitigation and socialization of evacuation plans to tourists.
