Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transparansi, akuntabilitas, kualitas pengawasan BPD, dan kompetensi aparatur desa terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa. Objek dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kecamatan Jasinga. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dengan mendatangi kantor pemerintah desa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu desa-desa di Kecamatan Jasinga. Jenis sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh sehingga populasi merupakan interpretasi dari sampel, sehingga sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 16 desa di Kecamatan Jasinga. Responden penelitian ini adalah pihak yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa pada pemerintah desa diantaranya adalah Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, Bendahara Desa, Kaur perencanaan, Kaur Pemerintahan, Ketua BPD, dan satu Anggota BPD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Transparansi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa (2) Akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa (3) Kualitas pengawasan BPD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa (4) Kompetensi aparatur desa tidak berpengaruh positif tetapi signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan desa. Transparansi, akuntabilitas, kualitas pengawasan BPD, dan kompetensi aparatur desa mampu mempengaruhi pengelolaan sebesar 79,3% dan sisanya sebesar 20,7% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. : This research aims to determine the influence of transparency, accountability, the quality of BPD supervision, and the competence of village officials on village financial management. The object of this research is Jasinga District. This research uses quantitative descriptive research using primary data. The data collection method used in this research was by distributing questionnaires by visiting the village government office. The population in this research are villages in Jasinga District. The type of sample used in this research is a saturated sample so that the population is an interpretation of the sample, so the sample used in this research is 16 villages in Jasinga District. The respondents of this research are parties involved in managing village finances in the village government, including the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Head of Planning, Head of Government, Chair of the BPD, and one BPD Member. The research results show that (1) Transparency has a positive but not significant effect on village financial management (2) Accountability has a positive and significant effect on village financial management (3) The quality of BPD supervision has a positive and significant effect on village financial management (4) Competence of village officials does not has a positive but significant effect on village financial management. Transparency, accountability, quality of BPD supervision and competence of village officials were able to influence management by 79.3% and the remaining 20.7% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.
