Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan protokol CHSE terhadap revisit intention setelah masa pandemi covid-19 di restoran Alas Daun yang memiliki sertifikasi CHSE. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Bandung, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden dengan kriteria pernah berkunjung di restoran Alas Daun setelah masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Selanjutnya data diolah menggunakan SPSS. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji t (parsial). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan protokol CHSE berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention. Dan pengaruh penerapan CHSE sebelum dan sesudah di restoran Alas Daun berpengaruh signifikan ini dibuktikan dari jumlah pengunjung dari tahun terdampak hingga sekarang mengalami penaikan. Saran untuk penelitian ini adalah Pihak manajemen restoran Alas Daun bersertifikat CHSE di Kota Bandung kedepannya sebaiknya melakukan review dan evaluasi secara berkala berasama para pegawai terkait penerapan CHSE di restoranya. Agar program CHSE dapat diimplementasikan dan berkelanjutan dengan baik sesuai dengan harapan pengunjung ketika berkunjung ke restoran Alas Daun. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the implementation of the CHSE protocol has on revisit intention after the Covid-19 pandemic at the Alas Daun restaurant which has CHSE certification. This research was conducted in the city of Bandung, with a total of 100 respondents with the criteria of having visited the Alas Daun restaurant after the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Furthermore, the data is processed using SPSS. Data processing techniques use validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, and simple linear regression tests with and t (partial) tests. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the CHSE protocol has an effect on revisit intention. And the influence of the implementation of CHSE before and after at the Alas Daun restaurant has a significant effect, this is evidenced by the number of visitors from the affected year until now experiencing an increase. Suggestions for this research are that the management of the CHSE-certified Alas Daun restaurant in the city of Bandung in the future should conduct regular reviews and evaluations with employees regarding the implementation of CHSE in their restaurants. So that the CHSE program can be properly implemented and sustainable according to the expectations of visitors when visiting the Alas Daun restaurant.
