Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari mobile hotel reservation terhadap behavioral intention. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel bebas (X) yakni mobile hotel reservation yang terdiri dari beberapa sub dimensi yaitu quality information, helpfulness, security & privacy dan price value serta yang menjadi variabel terikat (Y) adalah behavioral intention. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode explanatory survei dan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study. Data dalam penelitian menggunakan data primer dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 220 responden yaitu pengguna aplikasi Bobobox. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program perhitungan statistik. Dalam penelitian ini helpfulness memperoleh penilaian tertinggi, sedangkan price value memperoleh nilai terendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama dan terpisah variabel mobile hotel reservation memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada behavioral intention pengguna aplikasi Bobobox.
This study aims to determine how the influence of the quality of the mobile hotel reservation on behavioral intention. In this study the independent variable (X) was used, namely mobile hotel reservation which consisted of several sub dimensions, namely information quality, helpfulness, security & privacy and price value and the dependent variable (Y) was behavioral intention. The type of research used is descriptive and verification with an explanatory survey method and uses a cross sectional study approach. The data in this study used primary data by taking a sample of 220 respondents, namely users of the Bobobox application. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression using the help of statistical calculation programs. In this study helpfulness gets the highest rating, while price value gets the lowest score. The results of the study show that together and separately the mobile hotel reservation variables have a significant influence on the behavioral intention of Bobobox application users
