Abstract
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif pada pelatihan tata kecantikan kulit Di LKP ESA Bekasi dengan melibatkan peserta didik agar berperan aktif serta memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi didalam kegitan pelatihan tata kecantikan kulit. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh data mengenai: 1) Bagaimanakah pelaksanaan pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif dalam pelatihan tata kecantikan kulit di LKP ESA Bekasi oleh instruktur; 2) Bagaimanakah peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif dalam pelatihan tata kecantikan kulit di LKP ESA Bekasi. Kajian teori yang digunakan didalam penelitian terdiri dari konsep belajar, konsep pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif, konsep motivasi belajar, konsep pelatihan pada pendidikan luar sekolah. Pada penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi serta triangulasi. Tahapan dalam proses penelitian ini dimulai dari tahap pra lapangan, tahap pelaksanaan dilapangan, tahap pelaporan. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 6 orang responden yaitu 1 orang pengelola, 3 orang instruktur, dan 2 orang peserta didik dalam ruang lingkup LKP ESA Bekasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengenai1) Pelaksanaan pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif dalam pelatihan tata kecantikan kulit di LKP ESA Bekasi yang dilihat dari pelaksanaan, perencanaan, dan evaluasi sudah sesuai dengan konsep tahapan pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif2) Peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta pelatihandengan menggunakan pendekatan pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatifdalam pelatihan tata kecantikan kulit di LKP ESA Bekasidengan melihat dari pada beberapa indikator bahwa dengan penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatif dalam pelatihan tata kecantikan ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik ini terlihat dari keaktifan peserta didik serta kesungguhan peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. The problem in this study is the existence of a participatory learning approach on skin beauty trainingat LKP ESA Bekasi by involving learners in order to play an active role as well as having a high learning motivation in the training activities of the skin beauty. The purpose of this study is to obtain data regarding: 1) how is the implementation of a participatory learning approach in skin beauty at LKP ESA Bekasi by instructors; 2) how is the development of participants’ learning motivation using participatory learning approaches in skin beauty training at LKP ESA Bekasi. The study of theory used in the research consists of studying concept, the concept of participatory learning approach, the concept of learning motivation, training concepts on education outside the school. This research used approach is a qualitative approach with case study method. Techniques of collecting data are observation, interview, documentation and study of the triangulation. Stages in the research process starting from the stage of pre-registration field, the real implementation stage, the stage of reporting. The subject of this research that totaled 6 respondents i.e. one is Organizer, 3 instructors, and two learners in LKP ESA Bekasi. Based on the results of this study regarding the implementation of approaches 1) participatory learning in skin beauty training in Bekasi ESA LKP which is seen in implementation, planning, and evaluation is suitable with the concept of the participatory learning approach phase 2) The development of participants’ learning motivation using participatory learning approaches in skin beautytraining at LKP ESA Bekasi by looking at some of the indicators shows that the use of participatory learning approaches in training hairstyling can increase the motivation of participantsseen from the participants’ liveliness and sincerity in participating the learning activity.
