Abstract

Partisipasi Masyarakat adalah salah satu unsur penting dalam berbagai proses pembangunan dan pengembangan, termasuk pengembangan pariwisata. Terutama dalam desa wisata, partisipasi masyarakat adalah salah satu upaya agar masyarakat menerima secara langsung manfaat dari adanya pengembangan pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan pariwisata di Desa Wisata Alam Endah sekaligus menganalisis bentuk-bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan pariwisata di Desa Wisata Alam Endah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi lapangan dan wawancara untuk data primer, dan studi kepustakaan untuk data sekunder. Dalam menilai dan menganalisis tingkat partisipasi masyarakat, peneliti merujuk teori dari White (1996), dan hasilnya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat di Desa Wisata Alam Endah berada di tingkat yang paling ideal dan masyarakat Desa Wisata Alam Endah berpartisipasi aktif dari mulai tahap perencanaan sampai implementasi. Community participation is an important element in various processes of development, including tourism development. Especially in tourist villages, community participation is one of the means so that the community directly receives the benefits of tourism development. This study aims to analyze the level of community participation in developing tourism in the Alam Endah Tourism Village as well as to analyze the forms of community participation in developing tourism in the Alam Endah Tourism Village. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, where in collecting data, the researcher uses field observation and interview techniques for primary data, and literature studies for secondary data. In assessing and analyzing the level of community participation, the researcher refers to the theory of White (1996), and the result is that the level of community participation in Endah Alam Tourism Village is at the most ideal level and the Endah Alam Tourism Village the community actively participates from the planning stage to implementation.
