Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena internet booking yang terjadi di Padma Hotel Bandung, apakah terdapat pengaruh antara faktor internal tamu hotel sebagai konsumen terhadap dimensi website Padma Hotel Bandung yaitu informasi fasilitas, informasi customer contact, informasi reservasi, informasi area sekeliling hotel dan manajemen website. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian ini sendiri bersifat deskriptif dan analitis. Deskriptif analitis dapat dikatakan suatu metode untuk melihat pengaruh pengaruh Mengetahui pengaruh antara faktor internal konsumen terhadap dimensi website Padma Hotel Bandung. Melalui pendekatan ini, maka dapat diperoleh gambaran ada tidaknya pengaruh antara faktor internal konsumen terhadap dimensi website Padma Hotel Bandung. Sementara itu untuk mencari data primer mengenai variabel Faktor Internal Konsumen (X), dan Dimensi Website (Y) digunakanlah kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier, sehingga diperoleh besaran pengaruh variabel X terhadap Y. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, diketahui bahwa variabel X berpengaruh negatif terhadap variabel Y. Dengan kata lain semakin baik Faktor Internal Konsumen di Padma Hotel Bandung naik atau semakin baik maka Dimensi Website Padma Hotel akan semakin turun. Kata Kunci : Website, Faktor Internal Konsumen, dan Dimensi Website. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of internet booking which occurred at Padma Hotel Bandung, whether there is influence between internal factors as consumers' hotel website dimensions namely Padma Hotel Bandung facilities information, customer contact information, reservation information, surrounding area information and management hotel website. This study uses quantitative research methods. This research design itself is descriptive and analytical. Descriptive analysis can be said to be a method to see the effect of the influence of internal factors Knowing the influence of consumers on websites dimension Padma Hotel Bandung. Through this approach, we can obtain an idea whether there is influence between factors internal to the dimensions of website consumers Padma Hotel Bandung. Meanwhile, to search for primary data regarding consumer Internal Factors variable (X), and Dimension Website (Y) is used questionnaires. The collected data is then analyzed using linear regression data analysis techniques, in order to obtain the amount of influence of variable X to Y. Based on the research findings, it is known that the X variables negatively affect the variable Y. In other words, the better the Internal Factors Consumers in Padma Hotel Bandung up or getting better then Padma Hotel Website Dimensions will fall.
