Abstract

Toksoplasmosis adalah sebuah penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh parasit Toxoplasma gondii. Pengetahuan pada ibu hamil trimester I sangat penting untuk mengetahui tentang penyakit infeksi toksoplasmosis dikarenakan pada kehamilan trimester I memiliki dampak yang paling berat dibandingkan dengan infeksi pada trimester kedua dan ketiga kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan tentang toksoplasmosis pada ibu hamil trimester I di wiayah kerja puskesmas Cimalaka. Metode menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester I yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cimalaka sebanyak 53 sampel. Yang diambil menggunakan Teknik accidental sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner mengenai pengertian, cara penularan dan gejala toksoplasmosis dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung, dengan analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasil data yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester I di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cimalaka tentang penyakit toksoplasmosis dapat dikategorikan pengetahuan baik, sebanyak 14 responden (26,4%), pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 29 responden (54,8%), sedangkan pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 10 responden (18,8%). Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini sebagian besar dapat dikategorikan berpengetahuan cukup tentang penyakit toksoplasmosis sebanyak 29 responden (54,8%). Saran Diharapkan bagi pihak terkait yaitu Puskesmas Cimalaka dapat meningkatkan edukasi tentang masalah kesehatan setidaknya 2 kali dalam 1 bulan. Knowledge of pregnant women in the first trimester is very important to know about the infectious disease toxoplasmosis because the first trimester of pregnancy has the most severe impact compared to infections in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge about toxoplasmosis in first trimester pregnant women in the working area of the Cimalaka Health Center. The method uses descriptive quantitative research with a case study approach. The sample in this study were 53 pregnant women in the first trimester in the working area of the Cimalaka Health Center. Those taken using the accidental sampling technique in this study used a questionnaire regarding the meaning, mode of transmission and symptoms of toxoplasmosis and data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires directly, with data analysis using univariate analysis. The results of the data obtained show that the knowledge of pregnant women in the first trimester in the working area of the Cimalaka Health Center regarding toxoplasmosis can be categorized as good knowledge, as many as 14 respondents (26.4%), sufficient knowledge as many as 29 respondents (54.8%), while knowledge is lacking as many as 10 respondents (18.8%). The conclusion from the results of this study can be categorized as having sufficient knowledge about toxoplasmosis as many as 29 respondents (54.8%). Suggestion It is hoped that related parties, namely the Cimalaka Health Center can increase education about health problems at least 2 times in 1 month.
