    Abstract

    The purpose of this study is to identify servicescape and revisit intention, and analyze how big the influence of servicescape which consists of 2 dimensions social servicescape and physical servicescape to revisit Intention. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents with the criteria of having stayed at G. H. Universal Hotel Bandung at least once. Then the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the guest experience of the servicescape is included in the very good or very high category with a percentage of social servicescape by 50.5% and physical servicescape by 49.5%. Then, the result of revisit intention also included in the very high category with a percentage score of 32.4% for the level to category with willingness to return to the hotel later and followed by 2 other categories, namely the desire to recommend and promote through social media. Furthermore, the hypothesis test shows that simultaneously servicescape which consists of two dimensions have an influence on revisit intention in research with the acquisition of f count = 50.143 > f table = 3.070. Therefore it can be concluded that there is influence in servicescape to revisit intention at G.H. Universal Hotel Bandung. This research can be used as an evaluation and input to improve performance, service quality, and experience at G. H. Universal Hotel Bandung.
