Abstract
Pada tahun 2019-2020 terdapat 203.488 satuan PAUD di seluruh Indonesia dengan 5.691.201 peserta didik yang dilayani oleh 431.215 pendidik. Provinsi Jawa Barat memiliki sebanyak 28.723 satuan PAUD. Pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi pendidik PAUD merupakan tanggungjawab bersama, baik di tingkat satuan pendidikan maupun pemerintah. Hambatan biaya dan jarak menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pendidik PAUD untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kompetensinya bila harus menempuh pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Alternatifnya adalah layanan e-training. Melalui desain online interaktif dengan pendekatan syncronous maupun asyncronous. Pengukuran keberhasilan pelatihan bagi pendidik PAUD dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah PAUD, sehingga diperoleh direct feedback dari satuan pendidikan sebagai user dari pendidik. Landasan konseptual yang dijadikan sandaran yaitu 1) konsep pendidikan masyarakat, 2) konsep program pelatihan, 3) andragogi dalam program pelatihan, 4) konsep e-training, 5) konsep massive open online courses (MOOCs), dan 6) konsep kompetensi pendidik PAUD. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development, bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu model e-training bagi pendidik PAUD, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, FGD dan angket. Perhitungan sampling dengan rumus slovin diperoleh 70 orang sample dari populasi 240 orang. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa tenaga pendidik PAUD telah menguasai kompetensi yang diharapkan, yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional, namun kompetensi tersebut harus selalu di upgrade melalui e-training. Uji efektivitas model menunjukan perbedaan kompetensi yang dikuasai oleh pendidik PAUD antara sebelum dan setelah mengikuti e-Training melalui platform digital. Hasil uji coba e-training menunjukan kepuasan dari pengguna platform, karena telah menyediakan layanan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kompetensi dan karir pendidik PAUD. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan e-traning dapat berjalan efektif jika dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif, partisipatif dan konstruktif menuju kemandirian belajar pendidik PAUD. In 2019-2020 there were 203,488 ECCE units throughout Indonesia with 5,691,201 students served by 431,215 ECCE educators. West Java Province, as the second with the highest number of ECCE units in Indonesia after East Java, has 28,723 ECCE units consisting of formal and non-formal ECCE. The importance of improving the competence of ECCE (Early Childhood Education) educators is a shared responsibility, both at the education unit and government levels. Cost and distance barriers are challenges for ECCE educators to meet their competency needs, so educational service innovation is needed for ECCE educators that can be a solution to these barriers. E training services can be a solution to facilitate access to ECCE educator services, through interactive online design with synchronous and asynchronous approaches to support access to educational materials delivered by the organizers. Performance measurement or training success for ECCE educators is carried out by ECCE Principals so that direct feedback is obtained from education units as users of educators. The conceptual foundations relied on in this study are 1) the concept of community education, 2) the concept of training programs, 3) andragogy in training programs, 4) the concept of e Training, 5) the concept of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), and 6) the concept of ECCE educator competencies. The research methodology used, Research and Development, aims to develop an e-training model for ECCE educators, with data collection techniques for interviews, observations, documentation, FGDs and questionnaires. Sampling calculations with the Slovin formula obtained 70 samples from a population of 240 people. The results illustrate that ECCE educators have mastered the expected competencies, namely pedagogic, personality, social, and professional competencies, but these competencies must always be upgraded through e-training. The effectiveness test of the model shows the difference in competencies mastered by ECCE educators between before and after attending e-Training through digital platforms. The results of the e-training trial show satisfaction from platform users, because they have provided educational services that are in accordance with the competency and career needs of ECCE educators. Researchers concluded that the implementation of e-traning can be effective if it is carried out collaboratively, participatively and constructively towards the independence of ECCE educators' learning.
