Abstract

Segala hal yang berhubungan dengan social media akan banyak diketahui dengan cepat oleh seluruh dunia jika menggunakan social media. Dunia F&B juga ikut bergelut di social media untuk mempromosikan segala bentuk produknya. Salah satu yang sering dibahas belakangan ini di media social adalah Pop-Up restaurant yang mana sangat diminati para Gen Z di tahun 2023 ini. Tujuan penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui gambaran peran Sosial Media Tiktok Instagram pada ketiga Pop-up Restaurant di Kota Bandung, gambaran Minat Berkunjung Generasi Z pada ketiga Pop-Up Restaurant di Kota Bandung, serta pera sosial media terhadap minat berkunjung generasi Z pada Pop-up restaurant di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah Generasi Z yang pernah mengunjungi Pop-up Restaurant. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner, observasi dan wawancara. Data yang didapat dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran peran Sosial Media Tiktok Instagram pada ketiga Pop-up Restaurant di Kota Bandung, gambaran Minat Berkunjung Generasi Z pada ketiga Pop-Up Restaurant di Kota Bandung serta peran sosial media terhadap minat berkunjung generasi Z pada Pop-up Restaurant di Kota Bandung yang menunjukkan hasil positif. Everything related to social media will be known quickly by the whole world if you use social media. The F&B world is also involved in social media to promote all forms of its products. One thing that has been frequently discussed recently on social media is Pop-Up restaurants, which are very popular with Gen Z in 2023. The aim of this research was to determine the role of Tiktok Instagram social media in the three Pop-up Restaurants in Bandung City, the description of Generation Z's Visiting Interest in the three Pop-Up Restaurants in Bandung City, as well as the role of social media in Generation Z's visiting interest in Pop-ups. restaurant in Bandung City. This research uses a descriptive method. The research subjects were Generation Z who had visited the Pop-up Restaurant. Data collection methods in this research are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The data obtained was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research are to determine the role of Social Media Tiktok Instagram in the three Pop-up Restaurants in Bandung City, the description of Generation Z's Visiting Interest in the three Pop-Up Restaurants in Bandung City and the role of social media in Generation Z's visiting interest in Pop-ups. Restaurant in Bandung City which shows positive results.
