Abstract
Indonesia is an area located at the confluence of three plates, namely the Eurasian plate, the Pacific plate and the Indo-Australian plate. The movement of these three plates, which are partially centered on the bottom of the Indian Ocean, can cause earthquakes of large or small scale. To reduce damage to infrastructure caused by the earthquake, it is necessary to have an earthquake-resistant building structure planning stage. The analytical method used in this research is Spectrum Response, Equivalent Static, and Pushover. The program used to assist modeling and analysis is ETABS 18.0.2. The results of the analysis of this study show that the lateral drift of the roof floor due to the pushover earthquake loads for the x direction is 0.174 m and the y direction is 0.172 m. The results of the pushover analysis also obtained a performance point value, namely the displacement target (δt). For the x direction, the value of δtx = 0.7168 m is obtained and for the y direction, the value of δty = 0.6226 m is obtained. From this analysis, it was also found that the structural performance level of the Puri Parkview Tower E Apartment building according to ATC-40 and FEMA 440 was included in the Immediate Occupancy structure performance level category with a maximum total drift value in the x direction of 0.00119 and in the y direction of 0.00161.
