Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dimensi Escapism, Entertainment, Estethic, Education, Comfort, Novelty, dan Safety sebagai bagian dari variabel Customer Experience terhadap Revisit Intention. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Taman Tebing Breksi Yogyakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner online dan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden selama bulan Maret hingga April 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengujian secara statistik. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structrural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Dalam pemodelan penelitian ini, variabel Customer Experience sebagai variabel eksogen dan Revisit Intention sebagai variabel endogen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel customer experience secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap revisit intention wisatawan nusantara yang berkunjung ke Taman Tebing Breksi Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini membantu pengelola Taman Tebing Breksi Yogyakarta dalam melihat gambaran customer experience dan revisit intention wisatawan dan menemukan saran untuk diimplementasikan di kemudian hari. Kata Kunci : customer experience, revisit intention, Taman Tebing Breksi Yogyakarta This study aims to examine the effect of the dimensions of Escape, Entertainment, Aesthetics, Education, Comfort, Novelty, and Safety as part of the Customer Experience variable on Revisiting Intentions. The object used in this research is Taman Tebing Breksi, Yogyakarta. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires online and using a sample of 100 respondents from March to April 2023. This study used a quantitative approach through statistical testing. The analytical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS 4 application. In this research modeling, the Customer Experience variable is an exogenous variable and Revisit Intention is an endogenous variable. The results of this study indicate that the customer experience variable significantly has a positive influence on the intention to revisit domestic tourists visiting Taman Tebing Breksi Yogyakarta. This research helps the manager of Taman Tebing Breksi Yogyakarta in seeing a picture of customer experience and reviewing tourist intentions and finding suggestions to be implemented in the future.
