Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Tata Kelola Kearsipan Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Layanan Arsip di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tata kelola kearsipan terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan arsip di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Adapun metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 55 pegawai Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia yang menggunakan layanan Unit Arsip sebagai sampel penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa kecenderungan umum variabel X (Tata Kelola Kearsipan) sebesar 3,24 dan termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik, sedangkan kecenderungan umum variabel Y (Kepuasan Pengguna Layanan) sebesar 3,21 dan termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa kedua variabel adalah berpengaruh, dengan hasil pengaruh tata kelola kearsipan berpengaruh positif sebesar 53,1% terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan arsip di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, dan sosanya 46,9% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Selanjutnya, ditunjukan dengan hasil nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t yang didapat adalah sebesar 7,745 > 1,674, sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara positif antara pengaruh tata kelola kearsipan terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan arsip di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This study entitled "The Influence of Archive Management on Archive Service User Satisfaction at the Indonesian University of Education". This study aims to determine the effect of archival governance on archive service user satisfaction at the Indonesian University of Education. The method used by researchers in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. With the data collection technique by distributing questionnaires which were distributed to 55 employees of the Indonesian University of Education who used the Archive Unit service as a research sample. Based on the results of the calculation of the Weight Means Score (WMS), it shows that the general trend of the X variable (Archival Management) is 3.24 and is included in the very good category, while the general trend of the Y variable (Service User Satisfaction) is 3.21 and is included in the very good category. Very good. The results of hypothesis testing show that both variables are influential, with the results of the influence of archival governance having a positive effect of 53.1% on user satisfaction of archival services at the Indonesian University of Education, and the ratio of 46.9% can be influenced by other factors. Furthermore, it is shown by the results of a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the t value obtained is 7.745 > 1.674, resulting in the conclusion that there is a positive significant influence between the influence of archival governance on archive service user satisfaction at the Indonesian University of Education.
