Abstract

Salah satu penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja di BMC ini karena aturan K3 yang belum tersedia secara tertulis mengakibatkan para pekerja tidak memiliki acuan untuk lebih memperhatikan keselamatan saat bekerja. Analisis faktor penyebab kecelakaan kerja penting dilakukan sebagai salah satu upaya bagi industri untuk mengambil langkah-langkah pencegahan yang efektif dalam mengurangi atau menghilangkan potensi kecelakaan sehingga dapat lebih memperhatikan keselamatan dan keamanan pekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja produksi pastry bakery di BMC. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Terdapat 5 faktor yang dipaparkan ke dalam 28 pernyataan dan disebarkan kepada 19 orang responden. Berdasarkan penilaian responden pada faktor tindakan tidak aman memiliki jumlah kecelakaan kerja termasuk ke dalam kategori ”tinggi”, faktor beban kerja memiliki tingkat kelelahan fisik yang termasuk ke dalam kategori “berat”, faktor tingkat pengetahuan pada pekerja termasuk ke dalam kategori “cukup”, faktor kondisi tidak aman memiliki tingkat risiko kecelakaan “tinggi”, dan faktor pelatihan K3 menunjukkan kategori “tidak memadai”. Kemudian dilakukan uji chi square terdapat hubungan antara faktor tindakan tidak aman, beban kerja, dan pengetahuan terhadap kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada pekerja produksi pastry bakery di BMC. Sedangkan pada faktor kondisi tidak aman dan pelatihan K3 tidak terdapat hubungan terhadap kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada pekerja produksi pastry bakery di BMC. One of the causes of work accidents at BMC is because K3 rules are not yet available in writing, so workers do not have a reference to pay more attention to safety while working. Analysis of the causes of work accidents is important as an effort for the industry to take effective preventive measures to reduce or eliminate potential accidents so that it can pay more attention to worker safety and security. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influence the occurrence of work accidents in pastry bakery production workers at BMC. The method used is quantitative using a cross sectional approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. There are 5 factors presented in 28 statements and distributed to 19 respondents. Based on the respondent's assessment of the unsafe action factor, the number of work accidents is included in the "high" category, the workload factor has a level of physical fatigue that is included in the "severe" category, the knowledge level factor in workers is included in the "sufficient" category, unsafe condition factors have a “high” accident risk level, and the K3 training factor shows the "inadequate" category. Then the chi square test was carried out, there was a connection between unsafe act factors, workload, and knowledge on work accidents that occurred in pastry bakery production workers at BMC. Whereas on the factors of unsafe conditions and K3 training there is no connection to work accidents that occur in pastry bakery production workers at BMC.
