Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah latihan plyometric depth jump dan jump to box memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap power otot tungkai pada atlet bola basket dan melihat apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap latihan depth jump dan jump to box terhadap power otot tungkai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksprerimen dengan model two-group pretest posttest design. 20 atlet club AMI Kota Cimahi menjadi subjek penelitian dengan teknik non probability sampling. Seluruh sampel tersebut dilakukan pretest untuk menentukan kelompok treatment. Prosedur penelitian ini adalah memberikan model latihan plyometric depth jump dan jump to box. Data yang diperoleh lalu diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari Uji hipotesis kelompok depth jump dan pada jump to box menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest posttest depth jump dan pretest posttest jump to box. Dilihat pada hasil Uji independent posttest depth jump dan posttest jump to box tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan depth jump dan jump to box, hal ini berarti bahwa depth jump dan jump to box memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap power otot tungkai atlet bola basket club AMI Kota Cimahi yang dapat dilihat pada Uji hipotesis. This study aims to determine whether the depth jump and jump to box plyometric exercises have a significant effect on leg muscle power in basketball athletes and see whether there is a significant difference between the depth jump and jump to box exercises on leg muscle power. This study used an experimental method with a two-group pretest posttest design model. 20 athletes from the AMI City Cimahi club became the subject of the study using a non-probability sampling technique. All samples were pretested to determine the treatment group. The procedure of this research is to provide plyometric depth jump and jump to box training models. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS version 26. The results of the hypothesis testing for the depth jump group and the jump to box showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest posttest depth jump and the pretest posttest jump to box. Seen in the results of the independent test posttest depth jump and posttest jump to box there is no significant difference between the depth jump and jump to box exercises, this means that the depth jump and jump to box have a significant effect on the leg muscle power of AMI basketball club athletes Cimahi city which can be seen in the hypothesis test.
