Abstract

Pendidikan agama memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan moral remaja. Majelis Taklim, sebagai lembaga pendidikan Nonformal, memiliki potensi untuk memberikan pemahaman agama yang mendalam serta mencegah kenakalan remaja. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Majelis Taklim Baperan An-Nur, yang menarik minat remaja melalui pengelolaan yang unik. Tujuannya adalah menggambarkan kondisi penyelenggaraan, sumber dana, metode pengajaran, peralatan, model teknologi, dan status sosial ekonomi, serta kontribusinya terhadap pemahaman agama dan pencegahan kenakalan remaja. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi partisipatif, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 10 orang terdiri dari pendiri, pengelola dan jemaah remaja. Analisis data melibatkan proses coding, reduksi data, dan sajian data. Validitas data diperkuat melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawah Majelis Taklim remaja dan Majelis Taklim umum memiliki banyak persamaan dalam struktur dan prinsip dasar, namun terdapat perbedaan yang menonjol. 1) Majelis Taklim remaja Baperan An-Nur memiliki kriteria pengurus yang lebih ketat 2) mengandalkan donatur tetap 3) menerapkan metode pengajaran yang lebih interaktif 4) memanfaatkan teknologi 5) peralatan majelis taklim yang lengkap memenuhi kebutuhan majelis taklim 6) Tingginya partisipasi remaja dalam Majelis Taklim remaja menunjukkan peran penting usia remaja dalam mendorong keterlibatan sosial dan keagamaan, program yang relevan dengan masalah remaja dan kenyamanan dalam berinteraksi dengan sebaya menjadi faktor utama dalam menarik partisipasi mereka. Religious education plays an important role in shaping the character and morals of adolescents. Majelis Taklim, as a non-formal educational institution, has the potential to provide in-depth religious understanding and prevent juvenile delinquency. This research focuses on Majelis Taklim Baperan An-Nur, which attracts teenagers through its unique management. The aim is to describe the organizational conditions, funding sources, teaching methods, equipment, technology models, and socio-economic status, as well as its contribution to religious understanding and the prevention of juvenile delinquency. The research method used is qualitative, employing participatory observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The research participants totaled 10 people, consisting of founders, managers, and youth congregants. Data analysis involved coding, data reduction, and data presentation. Data validity was strengthened through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results show that the Youth Majelis Taklim and the General Majelis Taklim have many similarities in structure and basic principles, but there are prominent differences. 1) Baperan An-Nur Youth Taklim Assembly has stricter board criteria 2) relies on regular donors 3) applies more interactive teaching methods 4) utilizes technology 5) complete taklim assembly equipment meets the needs of the taklim assembly 6) The high participation of adolescents in the Youth Taklim Assembly highlights the important role of adolescent age in encouraging social and religious involvement; programs that are relevant to adolescent problems and comfort in interacting with peers are the main factors in attracting their participation.
