Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kontribusi Power Tungkai dan Kecepatan Reaksi (speed reaction) Terhadap Serangan (lunge) Atlet Anggar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi korelasi. Instrumen yang digunakan: 1) Vertical Jump, 2) Whole Body Reaction, 3) Software Kinovea. Hasil analisis data menggunakan program spss for windows versi 25, nilai Sig. (2-tailed) antara power tungkai (X1) dengan serangan (Y) adalah sebesar 0,279 > 0,05, yang berarti terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara variabel power tungkai dengan variabel serangan. Selanjutnya, kontribusi antara kecepatan reaksi (X2) dengan serangan (lunge) (Y) memiliki nilai Sig. (2- tailed) sebesar 0,113 > 0,05, yang berarti terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara variabel kecepatan reaksi dengan variabel serangan (lunge). Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya kontribusi power tungkai dan kecepatan reaksi terhadap serangan anggar. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan variabel dan menggunakan jenis penelitian yang lain seperti eksperimen atau analisis. The results of data analysis using the spss program for windows version 25, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) between leg power (X1) and attack (Y) is 0.279 > 0.05, which means there is a significant contribution between leg power and attack variables. Furthermore, the contribution between reaction speed (X2) and lunge (Y) has a value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.113 > 0.05, which means that there is a significant contribution between the reaction speed variable and the lunge variable. Based on the data analysis, it can be interpreted that there is a contribution of binding power and reaction speed to fencing attacks.
