Abstract

ABSTRAK Ghina Nailufar (2023). Konseling Kelompok Dengan Teknik Restrukturisasi Kognitif Untuk Mengurangi Perilaku Bullying Siswa. (Penelitian Eksperimen Di Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati Cirebon Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024) Penelitian ini meneliti konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying pada siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1. Bagaimanakah gambaran perilaku bullying di SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati? 2.Bagaimanakah gambaran pelaksanaan konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik Restrukturisasi kognitif dalam mengurangi perilaku bullying di SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati? 3. Apakah konseling kelompok menggunakan teknik Restrukturisasi kognitif dapat mengurangi perilaku Bullying di SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati? Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Pre-Eksperimental Designs dengan desain one group pretest-postest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 4 orang responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrument angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif dan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Profil tingkat perilaku bullying sebelum diberikan perlakuan berada pada kategori sedang. Dan setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa restrukturisasi kognitif berada pada kategori rendah 2. Pelaksanaan retrukturisasi kognitif terdiri atas 8 tahap yaitu pemberian layanan informasi tentang perilaku bullying dan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif, kegiatan pretest dengan penyebaran angket perilaku bullying, konseling kelompok dengan restrukturisasi kognitif dengan tema bullying fisik, tema bullying verbal, bullying relasional, tema cyberbullying. Kegiatan post test dengan penyebaran angket dan evaluasi kegiatan tindak lanjut. 3. Ada pengaruh implementasi konseling kelompok dengan teknik restrukturisasi kognitif dengan perilaku bullying siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati. (Experimental Research in Class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati Cirebon Academic Year 2023/2024) This study examines group counseling using cognitive restructuring techniques to reduce bullying behavior in students at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati. The problems in this study are: 1. How the description of bullying behavior at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati? 2.How is the description of the implementation of group counseling using cognitive restructuring techniques in reducing bullying behavior at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati? 3. Can group counseling using cognitive restructuring techniques reduce bullying behavior at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati? This research approach is descriptive quantitative research with the type of Pre-Experimental Designs research with a one group pretest-postest design. The population of this research is class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati in the 2023/2024 school year. The research sample was 4 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire instrument. Data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and Wilcoxon test. The results showed that: 1. The profile of the level of bullying behavior before being given treatment is in the medium category. The implementation of cognitive restructuring consists of 8 stages, namely providing information services about bullying behavior and cognitive restructuring techniques, pretest activities by distributing bullying behavior questionnaires, group counseling with cognitive restructuring with the theme of physical bullying, verbal bullying themes, relational bullying, cyberbullying themes. Post test activities by distributing questionnaires and evaluating follow-up activities. 3. There is an effect of the implementation of group counseling with cognitive restructuring techniques on student bullying behavior at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Jati.
