Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki resiko gempa tinggi dikarenakan Indonesia terletak diantara tiga lempeng aktif dunia, yaitu lempeng Eurasia, Indo-Australia, Pasifik. Kejadian gempa bisa mengakibatkan kerusakan terhadap bangunan. Bangunan Gedung Pascasarjana adalah salah satu gedung bertingkat di lingkungan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Struktur gedung tersebut rawan terhadap beban gempa bumi. Maka, diperlukan analisis kinerja struktur bangunan terhadap gempa, untuk mengurangi kerusakan pada struktur serta timbulnya korban jiwa saat terjadinya gempa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui level kinerja struktur gedung berdasarkan nilai maksimum drift. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Respon Spektrum, Statik Ekivalen, dan Pushover. Pemodelan struktur serta analisisnya menggunakan program ETABS 20.2.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan nilai total drift gedung Pascasarjana UPI berdasarkan beban gempa respon spektrum, nilai maksimum drift pada lantai atas terhadap lantai basement pada arah X sebesar 68,518 mm dan untuk arah Y sebesar 48,614 mm. Berdasarkan beban gempa statik ekivalen, nilai maksimum drift pada lantai atas terhadap lantai basement pada arah X sebesar 69,342 mm untuk arah Y sebesar 20,192 mm. Berdasarkan beban gempa pushover dengan peraturan ATC-40, nilai maksimum total drift pada lantai atas terhadap lantai basement pada arah X sebesar 301,779 mm dan arah Y sebesar 286,326 mm. Sedangkan untuk hasil bedasarkan peraturan FEMA-440, nilai maksimum drift arah X sebesar 272,511 mm dan arah Y sebesar 256,037 mm. Nilai level kinerja struktur gedung Pascasarjana berdasarkan peraturan ATC-40 pada arah X sebesar 0,0080 dan arah Y sebesar 0,0076 sedangkan berdasarkan peraturan FEMA-440 pada arah X sebesar 0,0072 serta pada arah Y 0,0068. Karena nilai yang didapatkan < 0,01 maka dapat disimpulkan nilai kinerja struktur gedung Pascasarjana termasuk kedalam golongan level Immediate Occupancy (IO). Indonesia is a country that has a high risk of earthquakes because it is located between three active plates in the world, namely the Eurasian, Indo-Australian and Pacific plates. Earthquakes can cause damage to buildings. The Postgraduate Building is one of the high-rise buildings within the Indonesian University of Education (UPI). The building structure is prone to earthquake loads. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the performance of building structures against earthquakes, to reduce damage to structures and the incidence of casualties when an earthquake occurs. This study aims to determine the performance level of building structures based on the maximum drift value. The methods used in this research are Spectrum Response, Equivalent Static, and Pushover. Structural modeling and analysis using the ETABS 20.2.0 program. The results of this study show the total drift value of the UPI Postgraduate building based on the earthquake load response spectrum, the maximum value of the drift on the upper floor to the basement floor in the X direction is 68.518 mm and for the Y direction is 48.614 mm. Based on the equivalent static earthquake load, the maximum value of drift on the upper floor to the basement floor in the X direction is 69.342 mm and in the Y direction is 20.192 mm. Based on pushover earthquake loads with ATC-40 regulations, the maximum value of the total drift on the upper floor to the basement floor in the X direction is 301.779 mm and in the Y direction is 286.326 mm. As for the results based on FEMA-440 regulations, the maximum drift value in the X direction is 272.511 mm and in the Y direction is 256.037 mm. The structural performance level value of the Postgraduate building is based on ATC-40 regulations in the X direction of 0.0080 and Y direction of 0.0076 while based on FEMA-440 regulations in the X direction of 0.0072 and in the Y direction 0.0068. Because the value obtained is <0.01, it can be concluded that the structural performance value of the Postgraduate building is included in the Immediate Occupancy (IO) level group.
