Abstract

ABSTRAK KINERJA ORGANISASI PERGURUAN TINGGI NEGERI DI ERA DISRUPSI Studi Tentang Manajemen Pengetahuan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi SDM Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Pada Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum) Oleh: Adman (1605653) Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja organisasi. Inti kajiannya difokuskan pada Kinerja organisasi perguruan tinggi berbasis Manajemen Pengetahuan melalui Strategi Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pokok masalah yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Perguruan Tinggi dipengaruhi oleh Manajemen Pengetahuan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi. Metode penelitian menggunakan Explanatory Survey Method. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala lima model Multiple Rating List Scale. Responden adalah pengelola perguruan tinggi yang terdiri dari unsur Manajemen, tenaga pendidik, karyawan dan mahasiswa.Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Survei dilakukan terhadap responden pada tiga perguruan Tinggi Negeri PTN Badan Hukum di Jawa Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan inferensial dengan pendekatan model persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan struktur hubungan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi secara langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi pada Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, yang terdiri atas manajemen pengetahuan, budaya organisasi, dan kompetensi didukung oleh fakta empirik. Berdasarkan model struktur uji hipotesis yang diajukan, semua jalur variabel independen yang terdiri atas manajemen pengetahuan, budaya organisasi, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja organisasi, pada PTN Badan Hukum sebagai variabel independen adalah signifikan. Novelty penelitian adalah Model Peningkatan Kinerja Organisasi Berbasis Manajemen Pengetahuan melalui Strategi Penguatan Budaya Organisasi dan Kompetensi SDM. Implikasi penelitian antara lain dorong PTN Badan Hukum untuk mengalokasikan SDM yang konsen pada teknologi, dorongan SDM PTN Badan Hukum berinovasi, pengembangan kompetensi SDM dan Evaluasi kinerja organisasi PTN. Saran ditujukan bersifat kebijakan untuk PTN Badan Hukum dengan penetapan upaya peningkatan kinerja organisasi melalui penguatan Manajemen pengetahuan, budaya organisasi, dan kompetensi. PTN Badan Hukum harus mampu mengimplementasikan manajemen pengetahuan, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi SDM kepada civitas akademika. Bagi penelitian lebih lanjut harus lebih komprehensif dalam menganalisis temuan, dan memperkuat metodologi yang lebih tepat. Adman (1605653) The problem studied in this research is organizational performance. The core of the study is focused on university performance which is influenced by Knowledge Management, Organizational Culture, and Competence. Based on this, the main problem uncovered in this study is that higher education performance is influenced by knowledge management, organizational culture, and competence. The research method used is the Explanatory Survey Method. The data collection technique uses a five-scale questionnaire model of the Multiple Rating List Scale. Respondents are university administrators consisting of elements of management, teaching staff, employees, and students. The research design uses a quantitative approach. The survey was conducted on respondents at three State Universities as Legal entities in West Java. The data collection technique was carried out using purposive sampling. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistical methods with a structural equation model approach. The results of this study indicate the relationship structure of the variables that directly affect organizational performance at state universities, which consist of knowledge management, organizational culture, and competencies supported by empirical facts. This means that based on the proposed hypothesis testing structure model, all independent variable paths consisting of knowledge management, organizational culture, and competence on organizational performance, at State Universities as independent variables. The novelty of the research is a Knowledge Management Based Organizational Performance model through Strengthening Organizational Culture and HRD Competency Strategies. Research implications include encouraging State Universities as Legal Entities to allocate HR who are focused on technology, encouraging HR from State Universities as Legal Entities to innovate, developing HR competencies, and evaluating the organizational performance of State Universities. The suggestions are aimed at policy for State Universities as Legal Entities by establishing efforts to improve organizational performance through strengthening knowledge management, organizational culture, and competence. Legal Entity State Universities must be able to implement knowledge management, organizational culture, and HR competencies for the academic community. Further research must be more comprehensive in analyzing the findings and strengthen a more appropriate methodology.
