Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan lemak dan pola makan dengan menunggunakan homebased physical training berupa video olahraga. Design penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Pretest – Post Test Kontrol Group Design. Sebanyak 30 mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Ilmu Gizi, Fakultas Pendidikan Olahraga dan Kesehatan yang ada di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan Skinfold Kaliper yang digunakan untuk mengukur lemak tubuh dan Food Frequency Quisionnare (FFQ) yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat pola makan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Paired Sample t test, hasil analisis lemak menunjukan tidak adanya perubahan lemak yang signifikan setelah diberikan treatment dengan menggunakan video olahraga selama 16x pertemuan (p=0.318>0.05). Pola makan untuk kelompok makanan pokok terdapat perubahan dengan (p=0.009<0.05), untuk kelompok makanan lauk hewani (p=1.00>0.05), lauk nabati (p=0.10>0.05), sayuran (p=0.76>0.05), buah (p=0.57>0.05) tidak terdapat perubahan yang signifikan setelah diberikan treatment berupa video olahraga untuk kelompok lauk hewani, lauk nabati, sayuran dan buah. This study aims to reduce fat and eating patterns by waiting for home-based physical training in the form of sports videos. The research design used in this study was the Pretest – Post Test Control Group Design. A total of 30 active students of the Nutrition Science Study Program, Faculty of Sport and Health Education at the Indonesian University of Education used a total sampling technique. The instruments used were Skinfold Calipers which were used to measure body fat and the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) which was used to measure the level of eating patterns. Data were analyzed using the Paired Sample t test, the results of the fat analysis showed no significant changes in fat after being given treatment using exercise videos for 16 meetings (p=0.318>0.05). There was a change in the diet pattern for the staple food group (p=0.009<0.05), for the food group animal side dishes (p=1.00>0.05), vegetable side dishes (p=0.10>0.05), vegetables (p=0.76>0.05), fruit (p=0.57>0.05) there was no significant change after being given treatment in the form of sports videos for the animal side dishes, vegetable side dishes, vegetables and fruit groups.
