Abstract

Abstrak: Kompetensi keahlian teknik pemesinan di SMK Prakarya Internasional saat ini dihadapkan pada masalah yang terkait dengan kompetensi lulusan. Berdasarkan Rencana Strategis Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan target persentase lulusan SMK diantaranya adalah: (1) siswa bekerja mandiri (wirausaha) sebesar 35%; (2) siswa bekerja di dalam negeri sebesar 40%; (3) siswa bekerja di luar negeri sebesar 5%; (4) siswa dapat melanjutkan studi sebesar 20%, tetapi berdasarkan studi awal wawancara dengan pihak sekolah persentase keterserapan lulusan tahun 2022 kompetensi keahlian teknik mesin sebesar 34% bekerja dan wirausaha, 26% melanjutkan studi, dan 40% belum bekerja. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kompetensi yang dimiliki siswa menurun selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetehui relevansi materi mata pelajaran pemesinan CNC dengan kebutuhan dunia industri dan SKKNI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode ex post facto dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan angket penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: (1) relevansi materi mata pelajaran pemesinan CNC di sekolah dengan kebutuhan industri PT. Pindad memiliki nilai recall sebesar 0.98 dan precision 0.96 dan berada pada kategori relevan; 2) relevansi materi mata pelajaran pemesinan CNC dengan SKKNI bidang pemesinan CNC memiliki nilai recall 0.98 dan precision 0.98 dan berada pada kategori relevan. Abstract: The competency of machining engineering expertise at SMK Prakarya Internasional faces issues related to graduate competencies. Based on the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Education and Culture, the target percentage of SMK graduates includes: (1) students engaging in independent work (entrepreneurship) at 35%; (2) students employed domestically at 40%; (3) students employed abroad at 5%; (4) students continuing their studies at 20%. However, according to preliminary interviews with the school, the absorption rate of graduates in 2022 for machining engineering expertise is 34% employed, 26% continuing their studies, and 40% unemployed. One of the causes is the decline in students' competencies over the past few years. This research aims to determine the relevance of CNC machining subject materials to the needs of the industrial world and the National Competency Standards (SKKNI). The research method used is the ex post facto method with a descriptive research type and a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques involve documentation, interviews, and research questionnaires. The findings of this study indicate (1) the relevance of CNC machining subject materials in school to the industrial needs of PT. Pindad with a recall value of 0.98 and precision of 0.96, falling under the relevant category; (2) the relevance of CNC machining subject materials to the SKKNI in the field of CNC machining with a recall value of 0.98 and precision of 0.98, also falling under the relevant category.
