Abstract

Kurikulum yang terlalu terfokus pada pembelajaran teoritis dan pengetahuan faktual dapat mengabaikan pengembangan kompetensi 4C yang lebih praktis. Siswa mungkin tidak sepenuhnya menyadari betapa pentingnya mengembangkan kompetensi 4C dan kurangnya pemahaman ini dapat menghambat motivasi mereka untuk belajar dan mengaplikasikan keterampilan tersebut. Salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi dalam memasuki dunia kerja berdasarkan mutu kompetensi 4C adalah ketidakmampuan dalam menerapkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan 4C (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, dan Creativity) secara optimal di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar di SMK Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik Di Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian yaitu skala Likert diukur dengan menggunakan pendekatan sampel basic random sampling. Regresi linier sederhana adalah teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pada penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar (X) ini memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi 4C (Y) setiap indikator dari mutu kompetensi 4C yaitu pada indikator berfikir kritis sebesar 51,8%, indikator komunikasi berpengaruh sebesar 41,6%, indikator kolaborasi berpengaruh sebesar 42,9%, dan pada indikator kreatif berpengaruh sebesar 42,3%. Pengaruh total dari penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap mutu kompetensi 4C penelitian yang dilaksanakan di 6 SMK di Bandung dimana hasilnya menunjukan memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar (97,5%) yang termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Besarnya pengaruh tersebut dimodelkan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 11,3 + 1,01 X sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kurikulum merdeka belajar terhadap kompetensi 4C di SMK Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di Bandung. A curriculum that is too focused on theoretical learning and factual knowledge can neglect the development of more practical 4C competencies. Students may not be fully aware of how important it is to develop 4C competencies and this lack of understanding can hinder their motivation to learn and apply these skills. One of the problems that often occurs in entering the world of work based on the quality of 4C competencies is the inability to apply and develop 4C abilities (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity) optimally in the workplace. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at the Electricity Installation Engineering Vocational School in Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research instrument, namely the Likert scale, was measured using a basic random sampling approach. Simple linear regression is a data analysis technique used with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that, in the implementation of the independent learning curriculum (X) it has a positive and significant influence on the 4C competence (Y) for each indicator of the 4C competency quality, namely the critical thinking indicator of 51,8%, the communication indicator has an effect of 41,6%, the collaboration indicator effect of 42,9%, and on creative indicators effect of 42,3%. The total effect of implementing the independent learning curriculum on the quality of the 4C competencies of the research conducted at 6 Vocational High School in Bandung where the results showed that it had a positive effect of (97,5%) which was included in the strong category. The magnitude of this influence is modeled by the regression equation Y = 11,3 + 1,01 X so that it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent learning curriculum on 4C competencies at the Electrical Power Installation Engineering Vocational School in Bandung.
