Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini tentang analisis kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah model kepemimpinan situasional di sekolah inklusi SDN 3 Mangkubumi Kabupaten Ciamis. Rumusan masalah meliputi : Bagaimana hasil analisis kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah model kepemimpinan situasional di sekolah inklusi SDN 3 Mangkubumi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah model kepemimpinan situasional di sekolah inklusi SDN 3 Mangkubumi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan dua orang guru. Hasil dari wawancara pembagian angket dan dokumentasi dianalisis dan dikelola secara kualitatif, aktivitas data secara kualitatif adalah data reduction, data display, dan conclusion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala sekolah dalam hal perencanaan telah melaksanakan perannya dengan membuat rencana kegiatan setiap tahun ajaran. selain itu kepala sekolah selalu menyadarkan semua sumber daya manusia sekolah agar selalu berupaya merencanakan program yang bermanfaat, baik itu yang berupa fisik bangunan maupun non fisik misal dalam mendesain pembelajaran yang sesuai kebutuhan anak. Sehingga dengan pandangan positif atau luas kepala sekolah, terhadap pendidikan inklusi sangat mempengaruhi pada kesuksesan proses pembelajaran dengan setting inklusi dengan kebijakan-kebijakan yang diambil secara tepat. Kepala sekolah dalam hal pelaksanaan telah melaksanakan perannya dengan baik dengan bisa mengimplementasikan program tersebut di pelaksanaan, diiringi juga dengan kepala sekolah selalu memberikan dorongan, semangat serta motivasi kepada guru khususnya. Serta kepala sekolah mengikutsertakan guru kegiatan pelatihan, workshop, seminar, diklat dan KKG yaitu kegiatan pembinaan dan pengarahan yang diagendakan oleh pihak sekolah. Kompetensi manajerial Kepala Sekolah model situasional dalam tahap evaluasi terkait kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan supervisi administrasi dalam bentuk supervisi pada guru. The focus of this research is on the analysis of managerial competence of school principals with situational leadership models in inclusive schools at SDN 3 Mangkubumi, Ciamis Regency. The formulation of the problem includes: What are the results of the analysis of the managerial competency of the principal of the situational leadership model in the inclusive school of SDN 3 Mangkubumi. The purpose of this study was to describe the results of the analysis of the managerial competence of school principals with situational leadership models in the inclusive schools of SDN 3 Mangkubumi. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using the case study method. The participants in this study were the principal and two teachers. The results of the questionnaire distribution interviews and documentation were analyzed and managed qualitatively, qualitatively data activities were data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of the study show that the principal in terms of planning has carried out his role by planning activities for each school year. In addition, the school principal always makes all the school's human resources aware so that they always try to plan useful programs, both in the form of physical and non-physical buildings, for example in designing learning according to children's needs. So that with a positive or broad view of school principals, towards inclusive education greatly influences the success of the learning process with inclusion settings with policies that are taken appropriately. The principal in terms of implementation has carried out his role well by being able to implement the program in implementation, accompanied by the principal always providing encouragement, enthusiasm and motivation to teachers in particular. As well as school principals involving teachers in training activities, workshops, seminars, training and KKG, namely coaching and direction activities that are scheduled by the school. The situational model of the principal's managerial competence in the evaluation stage is related to the principal in carrying out administrative supervision in the form of supervising teachers.
