Abstract

Museum sebagai wisata edukasi dan wisata budaya masih menghadapi permasalahan, yaitu kurang diminati masyarakat. Hal ini terjadi karena faktor: kurangnya koleksi yang interaktif dan menarik, adanya keengganan serta perasaan membosankan dalam mengunjungi museum, ditutupnya pariwisata museum akibat pandemi covid-19, dan sebagainya. Namun kini, adanya tren museum date pada kalangan dewasa muda menjadi penarik masyarakat untuk mengunjungi museum kembali. Melalui museum date yang merupakan kegiatan berkencan bersama pasangan untuk menikmati koleksi museum sehingga peneliti tertarik mengkajinya dari kacamata sosiologi pariwisata, yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi wisatawan museum date terhadap daya tarik wisata museum di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian hubungan kausal (sebab-akibat) melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) pengaruh motivasi wisatawan museum date berpengaruh secara positif serta signifikan terhadap daya tarik wisata museum di Kota Bandung.Tingkat hubungan antarvariabel juga memiliki hubungan kuat dan besar pengaruhnya motivasi wisatawan museum date terhadap daya tarik wisata museum di Kota Bandung, yaitu sebesar 43,2%, (2) motivasi wisatawan museum date ialah karena motivasi budaya dengan capaian skor 85,5% yang berkategori tinggi, sebab wisatawan melakukan museum date karena keinginan untuk mengunjungi, mendapatkan pengalaman, dan mempelajari tentang budaya, adat istiadat, sejarah dari atraksi serta koleksi yang dipamerkan oleh museum, dan (3) daya tarik wisata museum di Kota Bandung memiliki tingkat aksesibilitas yang tinggi dengan capaian skor 88,67% hal ini dikarenakan museum yang mereka kunjungi memiliki kemudahan dalam akses ke museum, memiliki jaringan telekomunikasi, dan museum terletak pada lokasi yang strategis (dapat digunakan dengan transportasi darat). Kata kunci: Daya Tarik Wisata, Museum, Museum Date, Motivasi Wisatawan. Museums such as educational tourism and cultural tourism still face problems that are less attractive to the public. This is due to several factors: the lack of interactive and exciting collections, the reluctance and boredom in visiting museums, the closure of museum tourism due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and so on. But now, there is a museum trend date among young adults to attract people to revisit museums.Through museums date which is a dating activity with your partner to enjoy museum collections so that researchers are interested in studying it from the perspective of tourism sociology namely, to find out the influence of museum tourist motivation date on the tourist attraction of museums in the city of Bandung. This research uses quantitative research methods with a causal relationship (cause and effect) research design through data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study state that: (1) the influence of museum tourists' motivation date has a positive and significant effect on the attractiveness of museum tours in the city of Bandung. The level of relationship between variables also has a strong relationship and a large influence on the motivation of museum tourists date on the attractiveness of museum tours in the city of Bandung, which is equal to 43.2%, (2) motivation of museum tourists date is due to cultural motivation with an achievement score of 85.5% which is in the high category, because tourists do museum dates because of the desire to visit, gain experience, and learn about culture, customs, history of the attractions and collections exhibited by the museum, and (3) Museum tourist attractions in the city of Bandung have a high level of accessibility with a score of 88.67%, this is because the museums they visit have easy access to museums, have telecommunications networks and the museum is located in a strategic location (can be used by land transportation).
