Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena perilaku agresif remaja karena kurangnya kemampuan regulasi emosi, sehingga dilakukan penelitian tentang regulasi emosi remaja dan implikasinya terhadap program bimbingan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan program bimbingan pribadi berdasarkan profil regulasi emosi peserta didik kelas VIII di MTs. Darussalam Wanaraja Tahun Ajaran 2022-2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen dengan skala Guttman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran umum regulasi emosi peserta didik kelas VIII di MTs. Darussalam Wanaraja Tahun Ajaran 2022-2023 berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan profil regulasi emosi tersebut, disusunlah program bimbingan pribadi untuk mengenbangkan regulasi emosi peserta didik kelas VIII di MTs. Darussalam Wanaraja 2022-2023. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of adolescent aggressive behavior due to the low ability to regulate emotions. The existence of this problem encourages researchers to conduct research on adolescent emotional regulation and the realization of personal guidance programs. The purpose of this study was to produce personal guidance programs based on the emotion regulation profiles of class VIII students at MTs. Darussalam Wanaraja 2022-2023 Academic Year. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with saturated sample techniques. The results of the study show an overview of the emotional regulation of class VIII students at MTs. Darussalam Wanaraja for the 2022-2023 Academic Year is in the high category. Based on the profile of emotion regulation, a personal guidance program was developed to improve the emotional regulation of class VIII students at MTs. Darussalam Wanaraja 2022-2023.
