Abstract
Pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani belum tercapai dengan baik sebagai akibat dari pelaksanaan langkah-langkah pemberdayaan yang belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan oleh Kepala Kelurahan Kahuripan dan Badan Penyuluhan Pertanian (BPP) Kelurahan Kahuripan Kecamatan Tawang Kota Tasikmalaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui optimasi modal sosial dalam pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani Mawar Bodas Kelurahan Kahuripan Kecamatan Tawang Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus (case study). Sumber data berasal dari data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi sumber. Informan penelitian yaitu pengurus Kelompok Wanita Tani Mawar Bodas, Kepala Desa kahuripan, Ketua Badan Penyuluhan Pertanian (BPP), Petugas Pelaksana Lapangan (PPL), dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa solidaritas dan Optimasi Modal sosial Kelompok Wanita Tani Mawar Bodas mengalami peningkatan, yakni partisipasi aktif pengurus pada saat program dijalankan lebih banyak dari biasanya, gotong royong, dan rasa percaya terhadap satu sama lain semakin tinggi. Adapun Optimasi Modal Sosial terlihat pada saat suksesnya Bina Wilayah yang dilakukan Kelompok Wanita Tani Mawar Bodas, karena meningkatnya rasa percaya pemerintah dan warga setempat terhadap kelompok ini. Selain itu Jaringan terbangun antar Kelompok Wanita Tani Mawar Bodas cukup luas tidak hanya dengan pemerintah daerha seperti Lurah Kahuripan, BPP dan PPL. Namun, melibatkan kerjasama dengan beberapa Universitas di Kota Tasikmalaya melalui program BUDIDAMBER, Eco Enzim, dan pengabdian Masyarakat. Sehingga, optimasi modal sosial dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat petani di Kelompok Wanita Tani Mawar Bodas Kelurahan Kahuripan Kecamatan Tawang Kota Tasikmalaya menjunjukan adanya peningkatan, dilihat dari partisipasi Kelompok Wanita Tani Mawar Bodas dalam mengikuti program pemberdayaan, meningkatnya kohesi sosial dan inklusi sosial Kelompok Wanita Tani Mawar Bodas serta meningkatknya kapasitas sumber daya angota. Kata Kunci: Modal Sosial, Kelompok Wanita Tani, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Empowerment of Women Farmer Groups has not been achieved properly as a result of the implementation of empowerment measures that have not been fully implemented by Head of the Kahuripan Village and Badan Penyuluhan Pertanian (BPP) of Kahuripan Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimization of social capital in empowering the Mawar Bodas Farmer Women’s Group, Kahuripan Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City.This study used qualitative approach with a case study method. Data sources come from primary data with data collection techniques using intervie, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is source triangulation. The research informants were the management of the Mawar Bodas Women's Farmers Group, the Head of Kahuripan Village, the Head of the Agricultural Extension Agency (BPP), Field Implementation Officers (PPL), and the local community.The results of the research show that the solidarity and optimization of social capital of the Mawar Bodas Women's Farmers Group has increased, namely that the active participation of the management when the program is run is greater than usual, mutual cooperation, and the feeling of trust in each other is higher. The Optimization of Social Capital was seen during the success of Regional Development carried out by the Mawar Bodas Farming Women's Group, due to the increased trust of the government and local residents towards this group. Apart from that, the network built between the Mawar Bodas Women's Farmer Group is quite extensive, not only with regional governments such as the Kahuripan Village Head, BPP and PPL. However, it involves collaboration with several universities in Tasikmalaya City through the BUDIDAMBER, Eco Enzyme and Community Service programs. Thus, the optimization of social capital in empowering the farming community in the Mawar Bodas Women's Farming Group, Kahuripan Village, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City, has shown an increase, seen from the participation of the Mawar Bodas Women's Farming Group in participating in empowerment programs, increasing social cohesion and social inclusion of the Mawar Bodas Women's Farming Group and increasing member resource capacity.
