Abstract
The research method used in this study was the Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The research instruments developed were an attitude scale (Likert scale) of moral dilemmas and arranged in the form of multiple choice and a questionnaire given to the students (124) and teachers (5), respectively, originated form several elementary schools in Tasikmalaya district. The developed instruments were valid based on experts judgement. Moreover, regarding the results of the fifth-grade student responses, the developed responsibility attitude assessment based on moral dilemma has high value criteria in term of reliability (0.801 of Cornbach’s Alpha value), indicating that the developed instrument is reliable and feasible to be use for responsibility attitude assessment in elementary school.
