Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya produktivitas kerja pegawai dilihat dari produktivitas nilai di LPP TVRI Stasiun Jawa Barat yang diduga disebabkan oleh komunikasi organisasi yang belum efektif. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mendukung produktivitas kerja pegawai yakni dengan adanya komunikasi organisasi yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di LPP TVRI Stasiun Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode penelitian deskriptif dan metode penelitian verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dan disebarkan kepada 78 responden yang merupakan pegawai unit produksi di TVRI Stasiun Jawa Barat yang merupakan sampel dari penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai unit produksi di TVRI Stasiun Jawa Barat. The problem in this study is that the productivity of employee work seen from the productivity value at LPP TVRI West Java Station is not optimal, which is thought to be caused by ineffective organizational communication. One of the factors that can support employee work productivity is effective organizational communication. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of organizational communication on employee work productivity at LPP TVRI West Java Station. The research method used is descriptive research method and verification research method with quantitative approach. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection technique and was distributed to 78 respondents who were employees of the production unit at TVRI West Java Station which was the sample of this study. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferential analysis. The results showed that organizational communication has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of production unit employees at TVRI West Java Station.
