    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) pada Koperasi mahasiswa di Kota Bandung pada tahun 2019-2021 yang cenderung mengalami penurunan. Hal ini menjadi masalah karena SHU dalam Koperasi sangat penting untuk memperkuat struktur permodalan Koperasi. yang akan digunakan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan anggota dan operasional Koperasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap kewirakoperasian pengurus terhadap sisa hasil usaha Koperasi Mahasiswa Se-Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini yaitu survey dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 7 KOPMA dengan 42 pengurus KOPMA sebagai responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Sikap kewirakoperasian pengurus tidak berpengaruh terhadap Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) Koperasi Mahasiswa Se-Kota Bandung.

    The background of this research is the profit (SHU) in college student cooperatives in the city of Bandung in 2019-2021 which tend to experience a decline. This becomes a problem because the profit (SHU) in the cooperative is crucial to strengthen the cooperative's capital structure, which will be used to meet the needs of members and the cooperative's operations.This research aimed to determine the effect of the management's cooperative entrepreneurship attitude on the profit of college student Cooperatives in Bandung City. The method used in this research is a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection tool while the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The population of this study was 7 KOPMA with 42 KOPMA administrators as respondents. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the management's cooperative entrepreneurship attitude did not significantly affect the profit (SHU) of college Student Cooperatives in Bandung city.
