Abstract

Evaluasi merupakan salah satu komponen pembelajaran yang sangat penting. Evaluasi penting dilakukan karena merupakan faktor dalam menilai kemampuan peserta didik dan sebagai penilai keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Dalam membuat alat ukur evaluasi, guru harus melakukan analisis butir soal agar soal yang dibuatnya bisa menjadi soal yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal Ulangan Akhir Semester bahasa Indonesia kelas IV yang ditinjau dari segi kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah soal ulangan di SD Laboratorium UPI Kampus Cibiru dan sampelnya adalah soal ulangan bahasa Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi, seperti lembar soal, lembar kunci jawaban, dan lembar jawaban siswa. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 3 soal yang harus diperbaiki dari segi kualitatif. Dari segi kuantitatif ditemukan sebanyak 22 soal atau 88% berkategori valid, sedangkan 3 soal atau 12% berkategori tidak valid. Soal Ulangan Akhir Semester bahasa Indonesia memiliki reliabel yang sangat tinggi dengan nilai 0,81. Pada daya pembedanya ditemukan sebanyak 13 soal atau 52% memiliki daya pembeda baik, 7 soal atau 28% memiliki daya pembeda cukup, dan 5 soal atau 20% memiliki daya pembeda buruk. Pada tingkat kesukaran ditemukan 8 soal atau 32% soal sangat mudah, 8 soal atau 32% soal mudah, dan 9 soal atau 34% soal sedang. ---------------- Evaluation is one of the most important learning components. It’s important because evaluation as an assessor can measure student’s ability to meet the success of learning process. In making evaluation measuring tools, teachers have to do item analysis so that the questions they make meet the quality. This study aims to determine the quality of the items in Final Semester Exam for Indonesian language subject 4th grade in terms of qualitative and quantitative. This study is quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study is test questions and the sample is Indonesian language subject test questions. Data collection techniques were carried out using documentation, such as question sheets, answer key sheets and student answer sheets. The results of the study indicate that there are 3 questions must be improved in terms of qualitative. From a quantitative point of view, 22 questions or 88% were categorized as valid, while 3 questions or 12% were categorized as invalid. The Indonesian language subject Semester Final Test questions have very high reliability with a score of 0.81. In terms of distinguishing power, it was found that 13 questions or 52% had good differentiation power, 7 questions or 28% had sufficient differentiation power, and 5 questions or 20% had poor differentiation power. At the level of difficulty found 8 questions or 32% very easy questions, 8 questions or 32% easy questions, and 9 questions or 34% moderate questions.
