Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan berperan penting dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan serta literasi sains menjadi komponen penting dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Namun aspek keberlanjutan belum sepenuhnya diajarkan dalam pembelajaran kimia serta kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik di Indonesia masih rendah. Selain itu, peserta didik sering merasa bosan dan kurang tertarik dalam belajar kimia karena bahan ajar yang kurang menarik dan kurang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan e-modul interaktif menjadi penting untuk memberikan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-modul berorientasi literasi dan ESD pada topik energi terbarukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Education Design Research dengan model pengembangan Plopm yang terdiri dari tahap Preliminary research dan tahap Development or prototyping phase. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu, lembar wawancara, format konstruksi e-modul, lembar validasi e-modul, lembar uji keterbacaan dan angket respon siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan di salah satu SMA Negeri Kota Bandung dengan partisipan penelitian 2 orang ahli, 11 orang peserta didikdan 6 orang guru mata pelajaran kimia. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah diperoleh e-modul yang dikembangkan berdasarkan aspek literasi sains dan materi yang berorientasi ESD. Hasil validasi e-modul yang dikembangkan secara umum telah memenuhi kriteria peniliaan e-modul dengan saran perbaikan mengenai kesesuaian gambar, serta perbaikan kalimat.Hasil uji keterbacaan e-modul memiliki tingkat keterbacaan yang tinggi dengan kategori independent, serta peserta didik memberikan tanggapan dengan kategori sangat baik persentase sebesar 82%. ABSTRACT Education plays an important role in creating a sustainable society and scientific literacy is an important component in achieving this goal. However, the aspect of desire has not been fully taught in chemistry learning and the ability of students' scientific literacy in Indonesia is still low. In addition, students often feel bored and less interested in learning chemistry because open material is less interesting and less relevant to everyday life. Therefore, the development of interactive e-modules is important to provide more interesting learning. This research aims to produce literacy-oriented e-modules and ESD on the topic of renewable energy. The research method used is Education Design Research with the Plopm development model which consists of the Preliminary Research stage and the Development stage or prototyping stage. The instruments used in this study were interview sheets, e-module construction formats, e-module validation sheets, readability test sheets and student response questionnaires. The research was conducted at one of the Bandung City State Senior High Schools with 2 research participants being experts, 11 students and 6 chemistry teachers. The results obtained from this research are e-modules developed based on aspects of scientific literacy and materials that focus on ESD. The results of the e-module validation that were developed generally met the e-module assessment criteria with suggestions for improvements regarding the suitability of images, as well as sentence improvements. The results of the e-module readability test had a high level of legibility with an independent category. As well as students giving responses with a very good percentage category of 82%.
