Abstract

ABSTRAK Tesis ini mengkaji tindak tutur wacana hukum, HAM, korupsi dan terorisme dalam debat calon presiden Joko Widodo dan Prabowo Subianto yang ditayangkan di Youtube pada kanal Kompas TV. Tesis ini menjawab dua pertanyaan yakni pertama mengenai analisis tindak tutur representatif dan kedua mengenai keberpihakan penanggap terhada pernyataan yang disampaikan oleh kedua calon presiden. Untuk mengeksplorasi kedua hal tersebut, digunakan analisis terhadap tindak tutur dengan fokus pada tuturan representatif yang digunakan calon presiden dalam mempresentasikan konsep hukum, HAM, korupsi, terorisme dan analisis bentuk respon dalam kolom komentar youtube pada kanal Youtube Kompas TV. Penelitian memiliki jumlah data 17 tuturan representatif, dan 22 komentar penanggap dalam kolom komentar youtube pada chanel Kompas TV. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis berfokus pada representatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terdapat tujuh tuturan yang menunjukan fungsi tindak tutur representatif yaitu, 1) tindak tutur representatif menyatakan, 2) tindak tutur representatif pemberitahuan, 3) tindak tutur mengevaluasi, 4) tindak tutur menyarankan, 5) tindak tutur berspekulasi, 6) tindak tutur membual, 7) tindak tutur mengeluh. Dalam hasil analisis representatif kemudian dikaji keberpihakan masyarakat terhadap tuturan kedua calon presiden dengan hasil yaitu masyarakat berpihak kepada tuturan yang disampaikan oleh Jokowidodo dalam isu hukum, dan membantah tuturan Prabowo dalam isu hukum. iii ABSTRACT This thesis reviews the speech acts of legal discourse, human rights, corruption, and terrorism in the presidential candidate debate Joko Widodo and Prabowo Subianto which was broadcast on Youtube on the Kompas TV channel. This thesis answers two questions, namely the first regarding the analisis of representatif speech acts and the second regarding the partisanship of the responder in cyber media. To explore this, an analisis of speech acts is used with a focus on representatif utterances used by presidential candidates in demonstrating the concepts of law, human rights, corruption, terrorism and an analisis of the forms of response displayed by the public in the YouTube comments column on the Kompas TV channel. The research has a total data of 17 representatif utterances, and 22 responders' comments in the Youtube comments column on the Kompas TV channel. This study uses a qualitative approach with speech act analisis that focuses on being representatif. The results of the data analisis show that there are seven utterances that show the function of a representatif speech act, namely, 1) a representatif speech act of declaring, 2) a representatif speech act of notifying, 3) a speech act of evaluating, 4) a speech act of suggesting, 5) a speech act of speculating, 6) speech act act of boasting, 7) speech act act of complaining. In the results of a representatif analisis, it was reviewed regarding the public's alignment with the speeches of the two presidential candidates with the result that the public denied the corruption issues raised by Prabowo Subianto, and supported the legal issues raised by Joko Widodo. In the research that has been done, there are representatif utterances which then build public comments in cyber media. With the knife analisis used in this study, namely representatif analisis, it can contribute to dissecting the meaning in a speech
