Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi beban tugas dan regulasi emosi terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa di Bandung Raya. Responden (N=400) adalah mahasiswa aktif di Bandung Raya yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen Beban Tugas Akademik (r: 0,82) untuk mengukur beban tugas mahasiswa, Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) dengan reliabilitas 0,79 untuk mengukur kemampuan regulasi emosi mahasiswa, dan Tuckman Procrastination Scale (TPS) dengan reliabilitas 0,84 untuk mengukur prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh persepsi beban tugas dan regulasi emosi terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa di Bandung Raya. This study aims to examine the influence of task load and emotional regulation on academic procrastination of university students in Bandung Raya. Respondents (N = 400) were active students in Bandung Raya used purposive sampling technique. Instruments to measure academic task load with a reliability of 0.82 were used to measure students' task load, Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) with a reliability of 0.79 to measure students' emotion regulation ability, and Tuckman Procrastination Scale (TPS) with a reliability of 0.84 to measure academic procrastination in students. The analysis technique used simple and multiple regression at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that there was an influence of task load and emotional regulation on academic procrastination in university students in Bandung Raya.
