Abstract
ABSTRACT This study was titled "The Influence of Educational Infrastructure Management on the Quality of Learning in Elementary School in Kiaracondong District". This study is generally to find out and release an overview of the effect of the management of educational infrastructure on the quality of learning in elementary schools in Kiaracondong District. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used by the participants were closed to 78 teacher respondents, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the results of the Weight Means Score (WMS), Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25.0 for Windows, we show that the general overview of variable X (Educational Infrastructure Management) is in the very high category with an average of 4.37 and the general overview of variable Y (Learning Tool) is in the very high category with an average of 4.48 on average. Based on this, the correlation between the two variables X and Y has a positive and significant relationship, as seen from the result of a correlation coefficient of 0.458 which falls under the category of moderate relationship level. In the determination test result of 20.9%, and the significance test result obtained a thitung ttable value of 4.479 ± 1.665 which means Ha is accepted so that there is a significant relationship between the X and Y variables, and the regression analysis result obtained the significant and linear equation Ŷ= 27.208 + 0.458X. The conclusion of this study stated that the management of educational infrastructure had a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning in elementary schools in Kiaracondong District and if schools wanted to improve the quality of learning, schools need to better manage education infrastructure to support the teaching process.
