Abstract

Pendistribusian energi listrik adalah salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dalam mengukur keandalan sistem tenaga listrik. Permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pendisirbusian listrik, khususnya keandalan terjadi dengan mengakibatkan kerugian bagi kedua pihak, yakni konsumen dan PT PLN. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk menentukan nilai SAIDI, SAIFI, dan CAIDI guna mengukur keandalan sistem distribusi 20 kV dan mengidentifikasi risiko kegagalan peralatan dalam sistem distribusi menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Penelitian ini dilakukan di penyulang PANI di PT PLN (persero) ULP Soreang. Pada tahun 2022, penyulang ini memiliki jumlah pemadaman terbanyak di area UP3 Majalaya, yaitu sebanyak 31 kali dengan durasi total 83,25 jam. Hasil evaluasi keandalan terhadap penyulang PANI menunjukkan nilai SAIFI sebesar 7,834 kali/tahun dan dikatakan tidak andal menurut SPLN 62-8: 1986, IEEE 1366-2003, nilai SAIDI sebesar 20,003 jam/tahun dan hanya dikategorikan andal berdasarkan SPLN 62-8: 1986 saja, dan nilai CAIDI sebesar 2,553 jam/konsumen dikategorikan andal menurut SPLN No. 62-8: 1986, serta tidak andal menurut IEEE 1366-2003 dan World Class Service. Selain menggunakan indeks keandalan, melalui analisis menggunakan metode FMEA, penelitian ini mengkombinasikan aspek keandalan dan juga kegagalan kerja peralatan. Diketahui bahwa kabel SUTM memiliki risiko kegagalan yang tinggi dengan nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number) sebesar 336. Disarankan penambahan atau perbaikan tata letak load breaker switch atau disconnecting switch serta penambahan express feeder untuk memperbaiki indeks keandalan. The distribution of electrical energy is one of the very important aspects in measuring the reliability of electrical power systems. Problems related to electricity distribution, especially reliability, occur by causing losses for both parties, namely consumers and PT PLN. Therefore, this study is important to determine the value of SAIDI, SAIFI, and CAIDI in order to measure the reliability of 20 kV distribution system and identify the risk of equipment failure in the distribution system using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. This study was conducted at PANI feeders at PT PLN (persero) ULP Soreang. In 2022, this feeder has the highest number of outages in the Up3 Majalaya area, namely 31 times with a total duration of 83.25 hours. The results of reliability evaluation of PANI feeders showed SAIFI value of 7,834 times/year and was said to be unreliable according to SPLN 62-8: 1986, IEEE 1366-2003, SAIDI value of 20,003 hours/year and only categorized as reliable based on SPLN 62-8: 1986, and CAIDI value of 2,553 hours / consumer categorized as reliable according to SPLN No. 62-8: 1986, and is not reliable according to IEEE 1366-2003 and World Class Service. In addition to using the Reliability Index, through analysis using the FMEA method, this study combines aspects of reliability and equipment failure. It is known that SUTM Cable has a high risk of failure with a value of RPN (Risk Priority Number) of 336. Recommended additions or improvements to the layout of the load breaker switch or disconnecting switch as well as the addition of express feeder to repair reliability Index.
