Abstract

Kompetensi pemanfaatan limbah olahan nabati diharapkan tidak hanya menjadi konsep materi dan pengetahuan saja, melainkan siswa dapat mengaplikasikannya menjadi suatu produk melalui kegiatan keterampilan untuk memunculkan rasa peduli siswa terhadap lingkungan. Perlunya pemberian pengalaman langsung yang melibatkan siswa untuk aktif dan terlibat dalam suatu proyek, salah satunya yaitu model pembelajaran PjBL. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterlaksanaan pembelajaran model PjBL pada kompetensi dasar limbah olahan nabati, hasil belajar siswa, serta mengetahui sikap peduli lingkungan siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan tiga siklus. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII APHP di SMKN 1 Rancabali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran model PjBL pada kompetensi dasar limbah olahan nabati terlaksana dengan sangat baik. Hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebelum proses pembelajaran sebanayak 40% siswa yang tuntas menjadi 100% tuntas pada penilaian setelah proses pembelajaran. Angka rata-rata N-gain yang didapatkan 0,8 dengan kategori tinggi. Hasil penilaian aspek psikomotor siswa menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa memperoleh nilai sangat baik pada komponen penilaian persiapan dan waktu, namun pada komponen penilaian proses dan hasil mendapat nilai baik sampai sangat baik. Sikap peduli lingkungan siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah dilaksanakannya proses pembelajaran dengan rata-rata persentase respon pada indikator pertama 84% menjadi 95%. Indikator kedua rata-rata persentase respon 81% menjadi 96%. Indikator ketiga rata-rata persentase respon 82,7% menjadi 92,7%. Adanya peningkatan rata-rata persentase tersebut diketahui bahwa terdapat korelasi antara pemahaman siswa dengan sikap peduli siswa terhadap lingkungan. The competency in utilizing processed vegetable waste will not only be a material and knowledge concept, but students can apply it to become a product through skills activities to create a sense of students' concern for the environment. The need to provide direct experience that involves students to be active and involved in a project, one of which is the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model. The purpose of this study was to find out how the PjBL model of learning was implemented on the basic competencies of processed vegetable waste, student learning outcomes, and to find out the attitude of caring for the environment of students. The research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with three cycles. The subjects in this study were students of class XII APHP at SMKN 1 Rancabali. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the PjBL model learning on the basic competencies of processed vegetable waste was carried out very well. Student learning outcomes in the cognitive aspect show good results. This is indicated by an increase in student learning outcomes before the learning process as many as 40% of students who complete become 100% complete in the assessment after the learning process. The average N-gain figure obtained 0,8 is in the high category. The results of the assessment of the students' psychomotor aspects showed that most of the students scored very well on the preparation and time assessment components, but on the process and outcome assessment components were good to very good. The attitude of caring for the environment of students has increased after the implementation of the learning process with an average response percentage of 84% to 95%. The second indicator averaged the response percentage from 81% to 96%. The third indicator averaged the response percentage from 82.7% to 92.7%. With an increase in the average percentage, it is known that there is a correlation between students' understanding and students' caring attitude towards the environment.
