Abstract
Psychological well-being merupakan salah satu hal yang dibutuhkan oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling agar dapat melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kelayakan pelatihan mindfulness untuk meningkatkan psychological well-being guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen kuasi dengan desain penelitian non-equivalent pre test-post test control group design. Partisipan dalam penelitian merupakan guru bimbingan dan konseling Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Sampel penelitian dipilih berdasarkan teknik convenience sampling berjumlah 10 orang yang terbagi ke dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji U-Mann-Whitney untuk menguji kelayakan pelatihan mindfulness untuk meningkatkan psychological well-being guru bimbingan dan konseling. Hasil uji U-Mann-Whitney memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,009, nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,009 berarti < 0,05 yang berarti pelatihan mindfulness memiliki pengaruh signifikan untuk meningkatkan psychological well-being guru bimbingan dan konseling. Psychological well-being is one of the things needed by Guidance and Counseling teachers in order to carry out guidance and counseling services optimally. This study aims to test the feasibility of mindfulness training to increase the psychological well-being of Guidance and Counseling teachers. The research used a quasi-experimental research method with a non-equivalent pre test-post test control group design. The participants in the study were guidance and counseling teachers of Vocational High Schools in Bandung City. The research sample was selected based on convenience sampling technique totaling 10 people who were divided into experimental groups and control groups. The data analysis technique used the U-Mann-Whitney Test to test the feasibility of mindfulness training to increase the psychological well-being of guidance and counseling teachers. The results of the U-Mann-Whitney test obtained a significance value of 0.009, a significance value of 0.009 means <0.05, which means that mindfulness training has a significant effect on improving the psychological well-being of guidance and counseling teachers.
