Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat kompetensi widyaiswara dan kualitas pelayanan pelatihan terhadap efektivitas belajar peserta pelatihan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan survei terhadap peserta pelatihan dari berbagai latar belakang dan sektor, dengan fokus pada pelatihan berbasis partisipatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dirancang untuk mengukur persepsi peserta terhadap kompetensi widyaiswara, kualitas pelayanan pelatihan, dan tingkat efektivitas belajar yang mereka alam. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa pengaruh Kompetensi Widyaiswara dan Kualitas pelayanan pelatihan terhadap Efektivitas belajar peserta pelatihan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 55.4%. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan peneliti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kompetensi widyaiswara dan kualitas pelayanan pelatihan terhadap efektivitas belajar peserta pelatihan, hubungan ini saling mengisi untuk meningkatkan proses efektivitas belajar yang baik bagi peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi lembaga pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Meningkatkan kompetensi widyaiswara dan memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan pelatihan harus menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas belajar peserta. This study aims to analyze the effect of trainee competence and training service quality on trainees' learning effectiveness using a quantitative approach. The research method involved a survey of trainees from various backgrounds and sectors, with a focus on participatory-based training. Data were collected through a questionnaire designed to measure participants' perceptions of the competence of the trainers, the quality of training services, and their level of learning effectiveness. Based on the analysis conducted, the research also shows that the influence of Widyaiswara Competence and Quality of training services on the learning effectiveness of trainees has an influence of 55.4%. Based on the analysis conducted by the researcher that there is a significant influence between the competence of Widyaiswara and the quality of training services on the learning effectiveness of trainees, this relationship is complementary to improve the process of good learning effectiveness for trainees. The results of this study provide important implications for training and human resource development institutions. Increasing the competence of trainers and improving the quality of training services should be the main focus in an effort to increase the learning effectiveness of trainees.
