Abstract

Pariwisata di Indonesia memiliki peran penting dengan ragam wisata unik di tiap provinsi dan daerah. Daya tarik budaya, ciri khas, dan keindahan alam menjadikan pariwisata Indonesia berdaya saing. Industri ini juga memberikan dampak ekonomi dan sosial yang signifikan. Di era digital, teknologi memainkan peran kunci dalam mempromosikan pariwisata. Website menjadi alat efektif dalam promosi pariwisata. Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat, memiliki beragam objek wisata, tetapi masih perlu mengoptimalkan kegiatan promosi. Disbudpar Cianjur telah memulai program "Hayu Ameng Ka Cianjur" dengan media sosial dan website. Namun, pengembangan website dibutuhkan karena website belum berfungsi dengan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Hayu Ameng ka Cianjur (SIHACI) berbasis website sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi menggunakan teknologi MERN Stack. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Developement (R&D) dikombinasikan dengan model pengembangan prototyping agar bisa mengembangkan sistem. Peneliti telah berhasil mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Hayu Ameng ka Cianjur berbasis website menggunakan teknologi MERN Stack. Melalui tahapan pada model pengembangan prototyping dihasilkan sebuah sistem yang memiliki 28 fitur. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil bahwa fungsional sistem sudah berjalan dengan semestinya dan lulus 64 test case dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 100%. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil validasi terhadap Sistem Informasi Hayu Ameng ka Cianjur dengan menyebarkan kueisoner System Usability Scale (SUS) kepada 30 responden diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 88,6 yang memiliki makna tingkat usability sistem berada di letter grade B, memiliki adjective rating excellent, dan acceptable. Cultural allure, distinctive features, and natural beauty make Indonesian tourism competitive. This industry also has significant economic and social impacts. In the digital era, technology plays a key role in promoting tourism. Websites are effective tools for tourism promotion. Cianjur Regency, West Java, boasts a variety of tourist attractions, but there's still a need to optimize promotional activities. Disbudpar Cianjur has initiated the 'Hayu Ameng Ka Cianjur' program through social media and a website. However, website development is necessary as the site is not functioning optimally. This study aims to develop the Hayu Ameng ka Cianjur Information System based on a website using MERN Stack technology. The Research and Development (R&D) method combined with prototyping development model was used. The researcher successfully developed the Hayu Ameng ka Cianjur Information System based on a website using MERN Stack technology. The prototyping development model resulted in a system with 28 features. Test results showed that the system functions properly, passing 64 test cases with a success rate of 100%. Validation through System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents yielded an average score of 88.6, indicating the system's usability level at letter grade B, with an adjective rating of excellent and acceptable.
