Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap nilai psikomotor siswa pada pengolahan diversifikasi olahan dodol rumput laut di SMKN 1 Warunggunung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen menggunakan desain penelitian pretest-posttest dengan satu kelompok subjek penelitian yaitu kelas X Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan. Penelitian ini fokus pada peningkatan hasil kreativitas siswa, aktivitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, dan respons siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) selama proses pembelajaran dalam pengolahan diversifikasi olahan dodol rumput laut di SMKN 1 Warunggunung menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Siswa menunjukkan minat yang tinggi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL), seperti yang terbukti dari hasil survei efikasi diri siswa yang mencapai presentase 81,15%, masuk dalam kriteria baik dengan kategori nilai antara 61% - 90%. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap nilai psikomotor siswa kelas X Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan (APHPi) selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) < 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) sangat efektif dan dapat diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas X Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan (APHPi) di SMKN 1 Warunggunung. This study aims to analyze the effect of using the Project Based Learning (PBL) model on students' psychomotor skills in processing diversification of seaweed dodol at SMKN 1 Warunggunung. The study adopts a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a pretest-posttest research design with one group of research subjects, namely the class X Agribusiness in Fishery Product Processing. The research focuses on improving students' creativity, their activity during the learning process, and their response to the learning process. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PBL) model during the learning process in the processing of diversification of seaweed dodol at SMKN 1 Warunggunung yields positive results. Students demonstrate high interest in the learning activities facilitated by the implementation of Project Based Learning (PBL), as evidenced by the results of the student self-efficacy survey, which reached a percentage of 81.15%, falling within the good category with a score between 61% and 90%. Furthermore, there is a significant influence of using the Project Based Learning (PBL) model on students' psychomotor skills in the class X Agribusiness in Fishery Product Processing (APHPi) during the learning process. The t-test results indicate that the significance value (2-tailed) is less than 0.05, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Project Based Learning (PBL) model is highly effective and can be applied in the learning process of the class X Agribusiness in Fishery Product Processing (APHPi) at SMKN 1 Warunggunung.
