Abstract

Pendidikan Jasmani di sekolah dasar sangat penting. Hakikat pendidikan jasmani sama hal nya dengan tujuan pendidikan pada umumnya, karena terdapat berbagai aspek meliputi aspek kognitif dan psikomotor. Salah satu bentuk pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani ialah atletik cabang olahraga lari sprint yaitu kecepatan dalam bergerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar lari sprint melalui permainan reaksi pada siswa kelas. Metode yang digunakan ialah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 27 siswa terdiri dari 16 siswa putri dan 11 siswa putra. Dari hasil pra siklus yang didapatkan menunjukan bahwa nilai belajar siswa dalam materi lari sprint masih rendah yaitu 7 siswa (25,92%) yang telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan 20 siswa (74,07%) belum mencapai tingkat ketuntasan belajar, dengan nilai rata-rata 62,96. Selanjutnya ketika dilakukan pembelajaran lari sprint melalui permainan reaksi. Hal ini berdampak pada keberhasilan belajar siswa. Dari tes hasil belajar siklus I memperoleh 12 siswa (44,44%) yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan 15 siswa (55,55%) belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Dengan nilai rata-rata 66,66. Pada siklus II tes hasil belajar memperoleh 21 siswa (77,40%) yang mencapai tingkat ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan 6 siswa (22,22%) belum mencapai tingkat ketuntasan dalam belajar. Dengan nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 77,40. Untuk kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yaitu 70. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa melalui permainan reaksi dapat meningkatkan kecepatan lari sprint pada siswa kelas V. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that through reaction games can increase sprint speed in class V students.
