Abstract

Steganografi merupakan teknik menyembunyikan informasi ke dalam medium seperti teks,citra gambar, audio dan video. Steganografi memiliki beberapa metode seperti LSB (Least Significant Bit), DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform), dan DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform). Pada penelitian ini dilakukan implementasi dan pengujian steganografi audio. Proses implementasi steganografi audio dimulai dari penyisipan pesan digital berupa QR Code ke dalam media audio menggunakan metode LSB, DCT dan DWT. Proses implementasi dan pengujian metode steganografi menggunakan MATLAB dengan algoritma yang disesuaikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Waterfall dimulai dari studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan, pengumpulan resources, penentuan teknis penelitian dan pengujian program. Hasil implementasi steganografi audio ini berupa host hasil steganografi audio yang berisi QR Code menggunakan metode LSB, DCT, DWT berformat WAV yang disebut sebagai stego file. Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi kualitas mutu, ketahanan kompresi, dan pemulihan pesan. Pengujian kualitas mutu berupa nilai PSNR dari setiap stego file. Hasil pengujian PSNR menunjukan nilai PSNR tertinggi dihasilkan oleh steganografi audio metode DCT. Hasil pemulihan pesan dari stego file audio menunjukan pesan pemulihan serupa dengan pesan asli, hal ini menunjukan proses pemulihan pesan steganografi berhasil. Pengujian kompresi pada stego file dilakukan dengan mengkonversi stego file berformat WAV menjadi MP3. Hasil pengujian kompresi menunjukan stego file hasil konversi mengalami kerusakan pesan yang disebabkan oleh kompresi yang menghilangkan sebagian informasi pada stego file. Steganography is a technique for hiding information in a medium. Steganography has several methods such as LSB (Least Significant Bit), DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform), and DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform). In this research, the process of implementing audio steganography starts with embedding a digital message (QR Code) into the audio host using LSB, DCT, and DWT methods. The process of implementing and testing the steganography methods uses MATLAB with a customized algorithm. The research method uses a waterfall model, starting with a literature study, needs analysis, gathering resources, determiniting research technique and program testing. The result of implementing audio steganography is new WAV audio steganography which contain QR Code using several methods. The hosts are tested for quality, compression, and recovery. The quality test is the PSNR value of each stego file. The PSNR testing results showed that the highest PSNR value was achieved by the DCT audio steganography method. Message recovery from the stego audio files indicated that the retrieved message closely resembled the original message, demonstrating the success of the message recovery process in steganography. Compression testing on the stego files was performed by converting the WAV format stego files into MP3. The compression testing results revealed that the converted stego files experienced message degradation due to compression, which resulted in the loss of some information in the stego files.
